foxgloves said:It will be great if the vitamins & minerals continue to improve your energy levels, OBL. I really notice a slump in my energy when I've not eaten very healthily for a long time. I tell myself that I wouldn't pour cola (insert junk food of your choice!) into our car & expect it to get me into town, so I don't know why I think my body/brain would be any different! At the moment, I'm walking the walk as well as talking the talk, but I have lapses.

Well I managed to get into the loft and put back the things that needed to be put back,I also got down the box I needed but I'm not sure it's deep enough, if not I will use it for craft supplies that are currently in the desk I was going to get rid of in the living room,I can't donate it at the moment because the charity shops are shut so it will have to wait
I then realised the sun was shining quite nicely on my patio so I sat outside in my new chair and read my book, it's so comfy I can see me falling asleep out there when it's reclined, so long as next door boys aren't home that is, they arrived home while I was outside and proceeded to go out to the garden to injure each other and cause trouble, the language they use is shocking, I feel sorry for the people on the other side of me who have two young children, they were out playing on their patio really nicely but she took them in in the end, they shouldn't have to listen to language like that, the boys Dad shouted at them in the end and took them in but to be honest he is just as bad,
he sounded like a toddler having a tantrum
Ive decided I am going to buy some noise cancelling headphones when I get paid so I can sit outside in peace, I won't be able to hear the birds but that's a small price to pay to be honestOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
Hopefully the headphones will work and you can get an afternoon nap out there. It has been nice today.
I know this lockdown and situation is awful, but I see people posting about exploring and spending time with family and discovering new things and ways. I guess I am trying to see the positive of such an awful situation really.

Glad to hear you are getting out to enjoy the sun, in between working. I am discovering new paths whilst I am out walking. Tomorrow I intend to investigate one. The sewing sounds really nice you are doing , am sure it will be appreciated when it's finished.I bet your missing your grandchildren like I am.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1

Apparently co-enzyme Q10 is good for energy levels too. DD is showering straight after her shift at Mr M. Better to be safe than sorry.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

I am missing my grandchildren like crazy, my DD has been doing a lockdown diary of FB so she posts photos everyday showing what they've been up to
Enjoy your walk tomorrow xOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8944 -
That's a good idea. I live in such a huge city and there is so much about it that I have never explored or even know about.
My mum is struggling too. She is missing my DD and my nephew and doesn't know what to do without them. x

Woke up at 6.30 and was actually not tired so could have got up but I told myself that was a ridiculous time to get up on a day off and went back to sleep until 9.30 😀
Its lovely and sunny here so today's plans are to peg out DDs bedding as soon as it's finished washing, then we are going for a walk to see where the other end of that bridle path is, we are meant to be going shopping but we don't need much so I might just get it from our local shop when I take B out for her evening walk
Exciting things happened yesterday..........my knitting needles arrived.....well done Amazon and the postal service for delivering them earlier than expected, I might even have jumped up and down a little bit 😀I have however banned myself from starting my socks until I finished my sewing in the hope that this will spur me on to finishing it
The jogging bottoms also arrived but they are awful, they are far too small and not at all what I was expecting so I'm sending them back,I'm just going to carry on wearing my jeans I think, it will encourage me to lose weight at the very least
I also spent part of my time yesterday looking at how to get more protein into my diet so I'm feeling very motivated to eat more food that's going to actually fuel my body rather than give it a quick sugar boost,I looked at the impact of not enough protein in the diet and guess what?muscle pain is one of the main problems along with tiredness and craving sugary snacks,I think more protein would solve most of my current symptoms in one go,I was also reassured to find out that the average woman only needs about 45 grams of protein a day so that should be doable,I'm looking at protein powders as a back up but want to try and get as much from my diet as possible first
