  • It sounds like lack of protein could be the problem them. I like chickpeas, lentils and all types of beans luckily so I get protein that way, plus plenty of eggs.

Today has been a bit of a wash out,I went to work this morning even though I was in quite a lot of pain in all my joints,I lasted until 12.30 and decided to call it a day and came home,I got home and had my lunch but felt so rubbish I went to bed, I got up again at 6.30 and I've just sat here reading,I've had a lovely hot shower and I am going back to bed in a minute
Im not due at work until Sunday but I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow afternoon then decide whether to go in or not, I was also feeling quite low and finding it hard to concentrate today so that didn't help, hopefully I will feel in a better frame of mind tomorrow, at the moment I just want to go to bed and stay there, it's so weird how quickly your mood can change, one minute I'm fine then the next I feel awful
