The comfy garden chairs sound like a great idea to me. Lovely relaxation sessions when you’re not at work. I’m like you I hate getting the bus, hotbed of germs, although I imagine they’re not that busy at the moment. Take care and all kudos to you for what you’re doing right now 💪

Glad you get to finish early tomorrow, but not good about having to walk and the pain it causes. Hope that it is a good day. x

Our local trams and buses are free to NHS staff from this weekend , any sign your way of that happening. The clapping for NHS staff was more lively again this week. My DD returns to front line duties next week , but in the community . I am so proud of her at the moment .
I love the idea of having a reclining chair for the garden.

    Have a good Easter break.

Our bus company is offering free bus tickets if you download their app and buy your ticket from that, but i get mine via my employer, the payment for it is taken out of my wages along with all the other deductions before I get paid, it's not possible to suspend the payments so I don't benefit😟

Good day at work today,I was allocated to work on the hot side 🙀but we only had one patient all day, I didn't find out if they were positive because it was time for me to go home  shortly after they arrived, it was a nice introduction to working in that area

I walked part the way home in gorgeous sunshine and then caught the bus the rest of the way,I would have walked the whole way but I had to get some shopping which I couldn't carry home, I'm having problems getting soya milk now, there was loads of cows milk though 🙄if I can't get any we will have to drink that instead, I don't mind oat milk in my porridge but it's weird in drinks and I don't like any other plant or nut based milks

I came home intending to sit in the garden but I got so hot on the way home I decided to sit indoors with the windows open, I nodded off for a bit too 😳this is why I like doing a late instead of an early, if I do a late I get to have a lie in but on an early I have to get up at 5.30 am so I don't feel like I benefit from it,it's nice finishing earlier but I always still feel as tired as I do on a long day

Tomorrow I'm intending to clean and tidy the house,I'm hoping I'm going to wake up with lots of energy and no pain so I can get it done early then I can sit in the garden later on fingers crossed

I was excited to see that my sock wool arrived today but sadly no needles yet,it says they will arrive on May the third so I will just have to wait 😟

That's a bit of delay with your sock wool. Fingers crossed it arrives earlier.
Glad your day was ok. I hope all your days stay like that.
Getting into the garden is lovely at the minute and I am sure the chickens will love you being out there too. x

Hi Nicnak, the wool is here but not the needles,I think Amazon are probably struggling with an increase in demand and less staff due to sickness, it does give me a chance to finish my sewing before starting knitting it I can find my motivation somewhere 😀
