Glad the muscle pain has gone, hopefully it won’t come back. It must be very frightening with the prospect of coming into contact with the virus and wondering if you have the right protective gear. I can imagine those masks aren’t the most comfortable 😩 Sending lots of positive vibes your way that you manage to keep away from it 🙏
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Thanks SA, they are hot and stuffy, breathing makes them damp after a while as well so not pleasant at all, add in the gown, gloves and goggles  and it's like a sauna, normally its bearable because you would wear it for about half an hour to an hour max and then you would have finished with the patient and be able to take it off, luckily we only have to wear the gown if we are looking after positive patients, we wear a plastic apron and gloves with everyone else

It looks like it is going to be a lovely day today. A lot brighter than yesterday so I am hoping to get into the garden again. x

Lovely sunny day here today so I'm going to do a few bits of tidying in the garden for an hour then I will see how I feel, my shoulder feels perfectly fine today so it must just have been a muscle spasm

I'm just having a coffee then I will get cracking. I'm thinking that to aid my focus and to stop me spending the whole day scrolling on my iPad I'm going to break my day up into hourly chunks,I'm hoping that by doing this I will get some jobs done but still have time to read or do other fun things,it's not going to be rigid just a guide to keep me motivated

That's a good idea about breaking it into chunks. I might try that. I am hoping for a nap as I am tired, but DD has other ideas.
    Enjoy your day x
