Glad the muscle pain has gone, hopefully it won’t come back. It must be very frightening with the prospect of coming into contact with the virus and wondering if you have the right protective gear. I can imagine those masks aren’t the most comfortable 😩 Sending lots of positive vibes your way that you manage to keep away from it 🙏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Lovely sunny day here today so I'm going to do a few bits of tidying in the garden for an hour then I will see how I feel, my shoulder feels perfectly fine today so it must just have been a muscle spasm
I'm just having a coffee then I will get cracking. I'm thinking that to aid my focus and to stop me spending the whole day scrolling on my iPad I'm going to break my day up into hourly chunks,I'm hoping that by doing this I will get some jobs done but still have time to read or do other fun things,it's not going to be rigid just a guide to keep me motivatedOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
That's a good idea about breaking it into chunks. I might try that. I am hoping for a nap as I am tired, but DD has other ideas.
Enjoy your day x

Glad to say I have had a very productive day, I went out and finished tidying my patio and I also cleaned to first flight of steps up to the next level of the garden so now if I'm sitting on the patio it all looks lovely. Its a different story if you go up the steps though because this level of the garden is 🐓🐓territory, there used to be a lawn but chicken and grass do not go together so now it's just soil, this is where they go to scratch around and dig for interesting bugs / worms which is actually quite useful because it used to be solid clay soil that was claggy and hard to dig but now it's been worked down to a fine soil that I could plant a lovely lawn on ( post chickens) or as I'm tempted to do grow some veggies, the 🐓🐓I have now are going to be my last for a while for various reasons.Im going to have a break and try something doing something different, if I don't like life without 🐓🐓 I can easily get some more at a later date ( to be totally honest I don't think I will last very long 😀 )
Its funny how these birds have become such an important part of my life, I got my first hens on a whim and was incredibly lucky it worked out ,it was a very steep learning curve back in 2011 and it's taken me until now to feel like I have got into a good routine with them ,I never for one minute realised that they would be such characters and such fun to have around, ok they wreck everything in their path but they make up for it with their cheeky ways and of course fresh eggs 😊
Other jobs done today were stripping and changing my bed and ironing my uniform for tomorrow,I also made a Leek Croustade for our tea ,DD bought some leeks when she went shopping and dropped a big hint that it is a favourite so I was happy to oblige,we normally eat totally different meals but because of difficulty getting vegan supplies we have been sharing some meals and she has been vegetarian instead of vegan, it's a compromise in these circumstances but there's not a lot we can do about it at the moment
Right I've just realised the time so must get to bed, I'm working tomorrow so have to be up early,I'm not looking forward to my first 12 hour shift wearing a mask,I sort of hoping that the policy will have changed again when I get there, things are changing so fast it's entirely possible 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945
