I love the picture of your dog, and the chickens look so content. I remember seeing some that had come from a cage and they had no feathers on or anything. Yours are obviously enjoy the high life.
I hope that your work stays as calm and you don't have to go into auto pilot, but like you said, the fear or what is to come is sometimes worse than when you are dealing with it, as there is no time to think and you just have to get on with it as there is no other choice.
I read a thing about writing down five jobs a day and then ticking off a minimum of three. Put two small things in that are done automatically and then it inspires people to go for the third. I haven't tried it yet so not sure that it will work, but will give it a go. xOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -

I'm very similar to you in that I'm fine when I'm at work, but feel anxious, tired and listless when I'm at home. I'm going to try and make myself a timetable to follow so I have some structure when I'm at home and try and force myself to do as many of the activities as possible.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -

Had a good day at work as far as the job goes but I am really angry on behalf of myself and my colleagues, today we have been informed we have to wear a surgical face mask for the whole of our shift if we are working in a clinical area, this would be ok but we have been told we have to wear them for a four hour session and we are not allowed to take them off at all during the four hours even for eating and drinking, we have been told to make sure we have enough to eat and drink at the beginning of our shift until we get a break after four hours, this is so that we use our PPE responsibly and waste it
Our ward is really warm on a cool day but as the weather warms up it regularly gets up to 24 degrees, there is no way we can work for four hours without having access to a cold drink,I normally have a cold drink at least every hour during a typical shiftOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
Four hours without a drink is a long time and could result in the starts of dehydration. That wouldn't be good for anyone.
Glad work was ok today though. x

You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x3 -
That’s a big ask no drinks for 4 hours. I’ve always got water on the go and couldn’t last that long. Glad it was ok otherwise.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
