. I hope your shoulder gets better soon. I've never heard of Biofreeze.
Normally if I have an aching muscle or joint it responds to heat but this seems to be better with cold
It actually feels the best it has done all week today so that's a good signOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -

So yesterday was spent at DD1 house with my DGSs,we took them to the playgroup in the church hall on my daughters road and DG1 had a whale of a time,it's a lovely place and very welcoming, on the way back DGS wanted to splash in the puddles and his mum is not one for stopping some good fun so in he went,I had my waterproof walking boots on so decided to join him,his face was a picture when he turned round and I was in the puddle
Last night was spent watching Bake Off ,does anyone else watch this and is it me or do the contestants seem very mediocre this year,I sat and had a chat with DD2 then went to bed
I didnt feel very good last night because I had some sort of allergic reaction in the daytime,I felt like I was getting a bad cold,DGS was running round with a balloon and I held his hand afterwards,I'm highly allergic to latex so it was more than likely that,I had to take some anti histamines to calm it down
Last nights sleep wasn't good either because my nose was running too much,I finally started to nod off at 4 when DD2 came in my room to tell me there was a spider the size of a tarantula in her room,by the time I got there and she had got a large wine glass to catch it with it had run off so I had to spend ages trying to find it,I found it hiding behind the leg of her desk and it was huge:eek::eek:,I managed to catch it and put the poor thing outside in the pouring rain, then went back to bed feeling guilty with a cup of tea and my book,I fell asleep at 5.30 in the end and woke up at 12 today
Today's plans were to do some bits to the bathroom but I really can't be bothered,my dog was limping quite badly last night so I'm taking her back to the vets today, her back seems ok but I'm not sure if her feet are hurting her, she licks and chews them a lot which is a sign something is hurting, she also keeps eating different plants so I'm wondering if the one she picked yesterday had painkilling properties, I'm not sure what it was and if it was part of a plant or the tree behind it, she eats grass a lot and always has done but not usually plants, she also ate some leaves off a black berry bush yesterday,I read a really good article years ago about dogs eating plants, it seems they do like a variety of plants and if they have access they will help themselves to whatever they need at any given time, they also seem to know what is not ok to eat tooOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -

I love GBBO, OBL, but I think there have been some odd judges'decisions this year. Apart from Week 2, I've very much felt that the people sent home each time should have stayed, because in every case there's been someone worse who SHOULD have gone. I can't help feeling there's a managed 'shape' to it, in terms of them probably knowing early on who they want to see in the finale. It just doesn't feel quite as impartial as it used to. I still love watching it though, for the baking, & thinking what I'd make if it was me.
Oh my goodness though, I've lost all patience with the lad with the specs who keeps dissolving every five minutes...... I'm a hard woman, aren't I?!

My 15yr old likes bake off. I possibly could get into it, but just don't have the energy tbh. Also hubby would sit and comment with rolling eyes
I have all the river of london series on my kindle. Keep meaning to buy the actual books for my shelves as I do re read them. Oh, maybe for XmasDebt free Feb 2021 🎉0 -

I agree Foxgloves,I like watching for the baking and seeing what they will come up with next, I've been feeling very sorry for the lad with the glasses up until this week when he finally got on my nerves :rotfl:Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -
