That's interesting about the sheets OBL. Obviously someone has invented a new material.
I hope you have a good weekend.

I suffer if I don't eat properly as well OBL, It can make me feel so low and down. Glad you are meal prepping. I also need to get into the habit of doing this.
Sorry about the fall. Are you feeling better now? x
I'm terrible with my diet even though I know I should really eat healthily especially as I don't eat meat,I just hate cooking

How's your shoulder?:(
Possibly ,they are very soft and don't seem to be affected by the washing,I thought they would feel hard after a while but they are still soft so far
My shoulder is not too good still,I'm glad I'm on holiday because I would have struggled at work yesterdayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -

I had a lovely relaxing Saturday just reading and lazing about,I did get a load of washing done but that was all,Sunday was housework day so I polished and hoovered everywhere,I also made another cottage pie so that's my evening meal sorted for 4 days,I had it tonight with tender stem broccoli,I love this steamed with a tiny sprinkle of salt on it, it's sooooo tasty
My shoulder was hurting yesterday but I ignored it and carried on thinking that movement is good,I paid for it last night though and couldn't sleep because it was throbbing so much,I tried all my painkillers but they didn't touch it,so I sprayed it with deep heat, that didn't work, next I tried the heat wrap, nope no good, Then I remembered I had some Bio freeze,so decided that if heat wasn't working maybe cold would and it did thank god,at 2.30 am I was finally able to fall asleep,I didn't wake up until 11am this morning though
I've not done any sewing yet because the position I sit in is likely to hurt my shoulder,I need to look at using a frame again so I'm not sitting awkwardly
I did finish my book though,it's called Moon Over Soho and is part of the Rivers Of London series by Ben Aaronovitch,I have just bought the latest book but can't remember what has happened so I'm reading the whole series again, I love these books and had forgotten how good they are, they next one is Whispers Underground so I'm staring that one tomorrow at some point
Tomorrow's plans are to visit DD1 at her house for change instead of her coming here, there is a drop in playgroup in the church hall at the end of her road so we are taking DGS there for a visit, I am looking forward to going there and then coming home to a tidy house and not having to pick toys up everywhere 😂
Then tomorrow evening is my favourite show The Great British Bake Off,I don't like reality tv but I do love this show, Me and DD2 have also been watching Peaky Blinders on Netflix from the beginning because I didn't it watch when it was on originally, it's a bit violent in parts but I love the storyline and the characters, you never know what's going to happen nextOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -

I hate cooking too. I hope your shoulder gets better soon. I've never heard of Biofreeze.
