I hope you get a lift too. Walking home must be a nightmare after a long shift at work.

Ooh yes, you don't want to have to walk home in the dark. I think all companies should provide taxis for female staff if there are no buses. Or at least arrange someone to give them a lift.
Hope your cold's feeling better. I have seen Dr this morning and he has prescribed antibiotics and says it is a bad chest infection. Ever since I had pneumonia a few years ago, I find my chest is my weak point. Going to rest and hopefully get better soon. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Glad you have rallied, OBL, & managed to get home safely. I had a lie in too today. Almost unheard of for me, & only till 8.45, but I was tired & mr f said he'd bring me scrambled eggs, toast & coffee. I wasn't going to turn that down!2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever
2) To read 100 books (36/100) 3) The Shrinking of Foxgloves 7.7kg/30kg
