We have taken the dog out and been to the bottle bank,I've had a lovely shower and I'm now chilling with a drinkypoo and some tiramisu 😍😍
I'm not feeling too good today,I have a lot of pain in my arms and hands and it's starting to bother me a bit now,I'm hoping it eases off in time for bed because I have work tomorrow so need to sleep,I don't know what's causing this flare up but I wish it would bigger off, my legs were like lead when we got back from walking the dog,I might be in need of some iron I think so time to start on the tablets againOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -

Well I slept fairly well last night but woke up this morning in agony,I got up and wentto work anyway and hoped it would wear off as the day went on
I took some painkillers first thing but got better as the day went on so didn't need a second dose,I think it helped that I spent a lot of my shift sitting with a patient today and we had quite a laugh trying to finish a jigsaw she was doing,I'm rubbish at them but we got it done in the end,it took my mind off the pain so was really helpful
I now have tomorrow off but it's going to be a fairly busy day,I need to go to town for some bits of shopping and I want to take the Christmas decorations down because I haven't got time to do them otherwise, I'm also taking two bags of clutter to the charity shop on my way there
I've joined the decluttering thread on the Old style Board,so I mean business this year and I'm holding myself accountable,me and DD also watched Marie Kondos new programme on Netflix where she helps people declutter and sort their houses,it was quite good and inspired me to get started on my house,I bought her book last year or the year before for my kindle app but I only read a few pages and gave up,so I am reading that at the moment and it's quite inspiring,I'm not sure I could go full Konmarie but I think the info will help me,I've already picked up some tips about storage I'm going to use so lots of help already
I also need to check my bank account tomorrow because I haven't looked at it since I got paid,we were paid early this month on the 21st instead of the 27th so I've been trying to ignore my account so I don't spend any money,I've bought a few food bits but I had money left over from last month for that so it should be ok,I haven't really been anywhere apart rom work and to buy my watch but I had a gift card for that
I am pleased to announce that the last two days have been NSDs, I made sure I had food for work so didn't need to buy lunch, this is something I have let slip over the last few weeks as I've been so busy and so tired I've just got lazy and bought lunch but that is stopping now, there is no excuse for not taking my own food to work
I'm off to bed shortly because I've been up since 5.30 and I'm shatteredOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Glad work was manageable and you at least got to sit down for a good proportion of it.
I agree that my diet has a huge impact on the flare ups. This year though, the other issues have taken precedence over the fibro. I have always managed it with just pain killers. This year, my diet has been so much better especially the last few months, and I do see a huge difference.
I hope you manage to get it back sorted. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x0 -

I was also using the Curable app and that was helping a lot but I haven't listened to any of it for a while so need to get back on that,I am thinking of paying for a subscription for it to get the whole programme,if it works as well as the free bits do I would save money on prescriptions for a start
I don't feel as bad today so that a relief,I did sleep really well last night so that helped tooOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Had a good nights sleep last night and feel marginally less pained today,I've been into town to get my bits of shopping and I took two big bags of stuff to the charity shop, the decluttering has commenced:j
While I was in town I bought three note books from Willlkos, they are pretty but only cheap as I don't want to waste too much money on something I might end up throwing away once it's finished
One is for my journal for the things I need to work through for pain relief
One is for my happinness project ideas,so this will include a gratitude diary, quotes I like, ideas I want to try or anything thing else that sparks happiness
The other is for planning things I need to do,so jobs lists and the things I need to able to carry out the jobs I want to do,plus any ideas for making the house easier to live in, I quite often have ideas pop into my head and think "oh that's great I will try that out" then I go off and do other things and forget about it,so I'm going to note these ideas down
I'm just having a short coffee break then I'm taking down the Xmas decorations,8m champing at the bit now to get the house sorted but I can't do much until the decorations are put away so that's today's job
I've earmarked a few more things that are cluttering up my windowsills for the charity shop so might also bag them up later to take to the charity shop at work in the morning
I'm on a roll folks :j:AOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Xmas decorations are all down apart from two garlands in the hall,I just ran out of oomph and time so I will do them when I get home tomorrow
The living room and porch way are done and it's all back in the loft,I've polished and hoovered all the snow up from the tree and I've washed, dried and put my bedding back on my bed
I took the dog out for two walks and cleaned the chickens out
All in all a productive day today,I'm now sitting down with a cup of tea and have just eaten my last mini Christmas pudding, all the Christmas food has gone now and I'm pleased to say we didn't waste anything this year so cutting back worked well,I just have a small amount of Baileys to finish off but will have that tomorrow night after work
I'm on an early tomorrow so finishing at 3.30 which will be lovely, then I'm off Saturday and back in on Sunday,I have Monday and Tuesday off next week so two days off in a row to look forward to :j:jOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
You've done well to do your shopping and to get your decorations taken down too. I find that sort of thing exhausting!
I hope you sleep well and don't have too many aches and pains tomorrow. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
