  • Hi all

Feeling a bit grumpy and out of sorts. Being cooped up in the house all day has not helped but (a) we have no money to go anywhere and (b) the weather has been too awful to run, walk or cycle.

JoJo well done on your achievements today, seems like one long battle against the mess sometimes doesnt it?

So ... lots of laundry done and put over airers. All clean washing put away. Floors hoovered and mopped as needed. Some paperwork done for DH.

Veggie lasagne in oven for tea for me, leftover steak and kidney pie for DH (it looks a bit dry though). Have told teens they can sort themselves out with food but DS2 still looking a bit ropey - although GF is here now.

I need chips. And icecream - then wine and crisps. Just in that sort of a mood.

Good morning flyladies, and hooray, it is dry today so I'll be able to walk the dogs.

    Other things on my list:
Sort out the finances which didn't get done yesterday
Clean fridge - that's my next job
    Clean inside of car
    Hoover through

    Have a great day everyone.

  • Morning all

Feeling a bit more like myself this morning, after being very anxious yesterday. State of our finances doesnt help but hey it's only money right?

Watched a really awful film on telly last night with DS2 and GF and we had a good laugh (it wasnt supposed to be funny but it was so bad we couldnt switch it off). Then DH was on taxi duty so I went to bed but DH came and woke me up which was nice of him.

Off to put DW and kettle on. No idea what the plan is but I am getting out of this house today no matter what!

Morning all, full of cold and feeling terrible so will be proud of any small achievements this weekend. Yesterday WM x2 and DW unloaded and loaded and decluttered a small amount of paperwork. Today perhaps a little bit more to do!

Glad that you're feeling a bit better today YSL.

The fridge is clean and menu plans adjusted for the week to use everything up. I am trying to work my way through 3 freezers full of food.

DH is just cooking breakfast having already finished his paid stuff for the day and I've been on the exercise bike for 15mins. Will do a weigh in later and hopefully be able to change my signature.

Relative's dog had 6 puppies last night. I was hoping for one with a curly coat like the mum (bichon) to be more hypoallergenic. They seem to be all smooth the Father. Is this likely to change?

Dallied done, we are off to a Pokemon event soon. Such fun X

    Back later x
