Well we got back from our holiday yesterday. I have to be honest, it wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped, and hubby agrees. Harry Potter World was brilliant, and I'd highly recommend it if you're a fan of the films. The amount of work that goes into the set design and costumes is phenomenal. Plus, because it was my birthday (along with two other people) we got to open the doors that got the tour started, which was nice :)

My stress/anxiety didn't really seem to reduce throughout the week though and on the way home I was thinking about it, and hubby and I talked about it too. I wonder whether it was because we met some of my family in London towards the end of the week (it was planned). Perhaps the anticipation of that played on my mind during the week. When we did meet them I was more stressed out by it than I thought I would be, which also frustrated me as I thought I'd worked through it. Hubby said that he'd been stressed too, so maybe it's not so personal to me, but that my family ARE actually stressful to be around :/

I was wiped out by it to be honest. I think next time we have a holiday we won't plan to meet them.

Some positive news, we moved into our new therapy room today and it's great. All we needed was to buy a throw for a sofa that was donated to us, and a new picture for the wall. It looks lovely, and is much bigger than our old room. Onwards and upwards for the business :)
