Ha you and me both re work.Fish pie with cauliflower mash sounds on point - might have to try that when I next make one. Really enjoy fish pie just with normal potato mash but I like cauliflower and cauliflower cheese - do cheddar cheese mash with my fish pie.4

Yes @beanielou the expanding ones that curl up when they haven’t got water in them.@alt80 I just steam the cauliflower until it’s soft then mash with a stick blender, add chopped spring onions and herbs then scatter a bit of grated cheese on top before cooking as with mashed potatoes. I don’t think you can tell the difference personally.
Hermes came to pick up the faulty hosepipe earlier and already got the refund from Amazon. Ordered a new one, more expensive but sturdier and has good reviews. Needed a 150ft one as I have a very long garden.Gave the drawers another coat tonight, they’re looking quite good now but might give them a final coat tomorrow.Work continued to be manic for the rest of the day, absolutely shattered 🥱I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

My friend had one of those curly hosepipes. It leaked in several places the first time that she used it. I'd give up if I were you.3

They’re the ones we’ve been buying @beanielou but they keep springing leaks and having to be sent back. The one I ordered today is an expanding one but sounds sturdier then the ones we’ve had previously. Fingers crossed 🤞I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Happy hump day, half way through the week already
Hopefully work won't be so manic today and I can get on with my day job instead of being disturbed every 5 minutes by someone ringing me to ask me things.
Went for a longer run this morning around 4 miles, beautiful morning, enjoyed it. Will take the dog for a walk at lunchtime then do a Pilates session after work.
Should be NSD8 of June, no plans to buy anything today. Tonight's dinner is stir fry. Cleaning is the living room, hall, stairs and landing. Have already had to mop the bedroom floor as when I got back from my run I noticed the floor on Mr SA's side of the bed was covered in dirty footprints, dread to think what happened there! Anyway all cleaned up now and thank goodness once again the flooring is vinyl not carpet.
Still need to look at finances, just haven't had time. Still a week away from payday so not a lot happening money wise.
Will be putting a final coat of paint on the drawers later. That primer is taking some covering! Once dry I've got some new silver handles to put on then DD can take it in her room, another thing out of the spare room.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
Finally the new bed is being delivered on Friday, just had a call from Hypnos 🥳I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
