My first concert was Leo Sayer. Our tickets where the top row in Sheffield City Hall. I sat there petrified with my back to the seat not daring to move in case I fell out the sky !Sealed pot challenge 822

Not quite a concert but the first group I saw was The Stylistics. It was at a cabaret club where you ate at a table and the entertainer was on stage. I was 13 and wearing a maxi skirt and lurex top - thought I was the bees knees 😂😂😂
I had a chance to go to football ground where David Cassidy was playing…..I wasn’t allowed. Think that’s the only time I never forgave my mum for being strict 😏January spends - £587.584 -
Oh The Stylistics, talk about a blast from the past 😆 I also had a maxi skirt I wore with a halter neck top and Miners Musk oil.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

My sister is younger than me and was a great David Cassidy and Donny Osmond fan. I remember her throwing a tantrum when the ex-Mr SSG told her that Donny Osmond suffered from bad breath and had a steady girlfriend that he was going to marry!🤣
@Blackcats - we were rather mortified that my dad accompanied us to The Monkees but couldn't go unless he did! 🤣 My parents had paid for my ticket though. By the time I was 15 I had a Saturday job and could save up for my own tickets and go without my chaperone! - I was thankfully over The Monkees stage by then and into better bands! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

The first person I ever saw perform was Rick Astley , at a local rugby club where you had chicken in a basket. I worked there at weekends , I got his autograph, if I hadn't of been working I definitely wouldn't have been allowed to go, my parents were super strict.Have a good day SA.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.6

Morning all, happy Monday
Have had a manic morning at work so far only just had time to stop and catch my breath.
Went for a short run first thing this morning. It was rather cool, had my warm up jacket on for the whole run, last week I was just in my short sleeved top. Will be doing a yoga session later to stretch out. Also will be walking the dog at lunchtime.
Hoping to make a start on painting the drawers black after work with an aim to have them finished mid-week ready for DD to put in her room, then that will be another thing gone out of the spare room.
Defrosting a portion of veggie lasagne for tonight's dinner which I'll have with some salad. Also making some spicy lentil soup later for this week's lunches to use up some carrots and swede.
Today's cleaning task is the kitchen and dining room, not sure when I'll find time for that though 😆
On the MSE front, today will be NSD7 of June, not doing as well as last month but have bought a lot of bedroom stuff this month. Also need to look at finances when I get time.

Happy Tuesday
Have been for a walk this morning, it was beautiful and sunny although going a bit cloudy now. Hopefully will be able to get all my washing dried today.
Another manic morning work-wise, I seem to have got my fingers in far too many pies at the moment 🤔
Gave the drawers a coat of the black cupboard paint yesterday, I'm not keen on the paint it's like treacle. Will definitely need at least one more coat.
Will be a spending day as got a Morrisons delivery this lunchtime. Still need to look at my finances, didn't get time yesterday. Cleaning is the bathroom. Exercise is a lower body workout as well as the usual 15,000 steps.
Making a fish pie with cauliflower mash for tonight's dinner, got some cauliflower to use up. Lunch is the red lentil soup I made yesterday with a mini naan bread.
Having to send back yet another expanding hosepipe to Amazon today. This is the third one in a year, only had this particular one for just over 2 weeks and it's starting leaking just like all the others. Might be time to give up with this type of hosepipe. It's a shame because they are so lightweight and easy for Mr SA to roll up. The normal hosepipes are so heavy and Mr SA struggles to wind them back up so leaves them trailing all over the garden which isn't ideal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We use minim Hoselock ones on the van. Think they are called Pico.
They are very lightweight and don't take up much room.3
