Have just got back from the park with the dog, got absolutely drenched. What a nightmare juggling an overexcited dog, an umbrella and a stinky poop bag. At the local shops there is a puddle on the pavement more like a lake, I couldn’t walk through it even with boots on it was that deep.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Miserable weather here too. I did a get fit with Rick 3000 steps and 5k on the exercise bike, then watched Death in Paradise for some sunshine. 😂 Have hardly bothered going out of the house- surely the weather must get better soon. The time has gone past quickly from you first mulling over getting your bedroom done to filling skips ready for the work.7

It stopped raining about 2pm so took the dog on the park again. We had the whole park to ourselves which was great. The past couple of years we’ve had early summers in April/May with the weather turning autumnal come August. I’m hoping the current weather means we’re going to get a proper summer but maybe this is just me wishful thinking 🤣 It’s not raining at the moment just gloomy. On the plus side it’s a lot warmer than it has been lately.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

I was also going to ask if the painkillers were Naproxen,I had these when I was diagnosed with Fibro and they put me on Omeprazole at the same time,I've not been able to stop taking the Omeprazole since even though I only took the Naproxen for a few months, I wish I had never tried either of them 😟
Its been rainy and grey all day here but it's also fairly warm so you don't really need a coat 🙄Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1205 -
Mr SA has been on Omeprazole for years. He ran out of them for a couple of days and his indigestion and heartburn came back straightaway. I’ve got a friend who’s been on them for years too. Mr SA isn’t bothered about being on medication, the more tablets the merrier for him. I’m the exact opposite, I won’t take anything unless I’m desperate. I know I’m very fortunate that I don’t have aches and pains and don’t have any health conditions apart from the odd eczema flare up (touches wood).I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Happy Sunday ☔️I’ve been up since before 6am, wide awake and raring to go. Today will be NSD5 of May, no plans to go anywhere other than the park with the dog. Hoping it will be dry for a bit so I can start to bring the stuff from the garden that needs to go in the skip to the front drive. Mr SA hoards all sorts of things, old slabs, tiles, bits of wood - I’m going to be ruthless. He still hasn’t recovered from me clearing out his shed out a couple of years ago 😆
Weather update - the sun is coming out 👏☀️Have fished out a portion of nut loaf from the freezer for tonight’s dinner, Mr SA is having steak. Will do some roast potatoes and veg to accompany. Determined to stick to the meal plan and use up stocks.
Enjoy your day ☺️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
The weather has to improve soon, surely 🤞. Hurrah to the sun appearing. Hopefully you can sort our the stuff for the skip now. I'm glad the Naproxen is helping Mr SA's back and I'm sure a new bed will benefit both of you. PI beds are definitely comfortable.
Did you have your second covid jab? Enjoy your six days off 😁.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
