Morning, happy Tuesday
Went to the big Mr Ts first thing to return some slippers I bought for Mr SA last week that he declared unsuitable without even trying them on.Annoyed that a piece has chipped off the crown on my front tooth. I can’t get a dentist appointment until next Wednesday and I’m private not NHS. Fortunately it’s not noticeable but it feels rough. Will have to be careful how I eat until I can get it seen to.
The wind has caused havoc in the garden, blown a few things over. Will have to sort it out later.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

Sorry to hear about your tooth! How annoying!I loved the photos of your garden! I like the idea of the beach theme too!I had to laugh though when I read Mr SA wanted to buy more shorts with his mobility money! And after you showed him all the pairs he already had the other week!😱. I hope he at least liked the slippers you changed for him! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

It has been really windy and rainy here over the last couple of days too. although the sun made an appearance today but still cold. A couple of accidents on the cliffs in Cornwall too yesterday but why anyone would go up there in such stormy weather I don't know. Hope you get the tooth sorted soon.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. People go on the cliffs in stormy weather for the same reason that they park their cars on the beach in our area despite warnings the sand is very soft and they will get stuck. We have already had several this year. People always think they know better and can ignore warnngs.

Morning, happy hump day
Have been for a walk this morning, my just over 5k running route, I wanted to be well wrapped up as although the weather is sunny it's also freezing. I'm still doing my planned 5,000 steps or more before work, another 5,000 before I log back on after lunch and another 5,000 or more before I put my feet up for the night. Seems to be working well breaking down into chunks, some days I do a few less but more often than not a lot more. Will be taking the dog for a run at lunchtime then will do a weights session after work.
Mr SA tried to get in the doctors yesterday without success. He's got to ring back today.
Should be a quiet day work wise she says hopefully. Cleaning is the bathroom. Making a veggie lasagne for my dinner tonight.
Today should be NSD3 of May.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
You do so well with your daily steps.6

Mr SA has had a telephone consultation with the doctor and been prescribed some strong painkillers and the usual if the problem persists phone back. He's got to take double the dose of his omniprazole so the painkillers must cause gastric issues. Hopefully he'll start to see an improvement with the pain. Yesterday I ordered him some new slippers from Amazon and they're arriving today. They appear to be more suitable for someone with mobility issues so I hope they meet his approval.
