Morning happy Tuesday
Have been for a long walk this morning, picked up a paper and bumped into someone from work so we had a chat. Beautiful sunny day but very cold.
Cleaning is the bedroom today, already stripped the bed and in the washing machine. Making a roast veg risotto for tonight’s dinner to use up some peppers and mushrooms. Exercise, already done 7k steps, will do some strength training after work and walk the dog at lunchtime.Mr M delivery has been minus cat food. Fortunately she’s got plenty to be going on with.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Morning all, happy hump day
Have been for a run this morning, another lovely sunny day and a bit warmer thank goodness.
Don't know what happened with the heating overnight, I turned the thermostat right down last night before I went to bed and when I got up this morning the house was as hot as hell, couldn't touch the radiators. Will be glad to finally get the Hive installed next month, can't believe it's still dragging on, I paid for it well before Christmas and they keep moving the installation day.
Today will be NSD 7 of April. Cleaning is entrance hall and stairs, apparently this week's focus is garden, only just noticed this on the app, good job I've been chipping away at the garden anyway 😆 Will be taking the dog out at lunchtime and doing a yoga session after work. Tonight's dinner is slow cooker lentil stew with herb dumplings. Have some of the risotto from last night left over for lunch.
Have a nice day 😊I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Speak of the devil and he’s sure to appear - BG have just called to bring the Hive installation forward to this Friday. How weird is that after mentioning it this morning.
Took the dog for a long walk this lunchtime, the little so and so hid because she knew she wasn’t going to the park. Took me ages to coax her out. She seems to know by which trainers and bag I put on.Mr SA is in the process of upgrading his scooter, the woman from the shop is coming out to see him tomorrow. This is the one that does 35 miles on one charge. It’s £8 a month more so not too bad. Told him he’ll have to cut down on his beer 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
Mr SA cut down on his beer
Is the Hive expensive?

The hive was £161.85 😱 I must’ve been feeling flush when I ordered it, not sure I’d pay that much now. What on earth was I thinking? Hope it’s worth it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

You'll love the Hive. I've had it since 2015.
Got mine on a special introductory offer of £99.
You can control everything from the app...
on/off for water and heating, set temperatures etc.
Apart from having to change a battery not had any bother whatsoever.
