It all looks so, so smart - and your dog is adorable! Definitely a good move getting the windows people in.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Morning all, happy Thursday 😁
I've been to the big Mr T this morning to pick up a few bits including some daffodils to put in the new window. I love daffodils they are so bright and cheerful. Pleased to say I've clocked up 8k steps already.
I think the dog is still a bit off, she's still got a bit of a dodgy tummy judging by her poop. She's eating though and running after her ball like a mad thing - will have to monitor the situation. She does tend to have a sensitive tummy and it's not unusual for her to be like this.
I've received £25 cashback today for switching energy suppliers via the MSE Cheap Energy Club 👍 This will be put in either the mortgage overpayments or house pot, to be decided tomorrow when I do the finances. As long as I've overpaid £1500 by the end of July I'll be happy.
Glad to be back to normal today and not trapped in one room. Cleaning will be the bathroom. Exercise is lower body HIIT. Tonight's dinner is lentil stew with herb dumplings from freezer stocks. Mr SA is having beef stew in the slow cooker.

The roofers have been, they were here 10 minutes at the most, it was only 3 tiles. Mr SA dealt with them so I have no idea how much it’s going to be, they haven’t left a bill. I was on a work call so had to let him handle it 🙄Really pleased to find out I’m getting a high performance award from work in next month’s wages 🥳The dog isn’t interested in food today but she’s very lively and has had a couple of good runs on the park. She’s a very fussy eater and often walks away from her dish, drives me nuts. The cat is totally different and eats more than the dog. The cat ate her own food then the dog’s straight after.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Hope the dog is feeling better soon. Ours can be a bit funny with his food at times. He didn't have his breakfast until 1pm today. Sometimes he just doesn't fancy eating it until a bit later on.5 -
I took 2 of ours out and one vomited on the grass. At least it was outside not over the carpet. It must be something in the air as she seems fine otherwise.5

Morning all, happy Friday 🥳
I’m off work today, it’s payday and it’s Friday, happy days 🍾🥂
Got plenty to do today, catch up on all the cleaning that didn’t get done in the week. Need to do finances. Exercise will be Joe’s PE, Pilates and dog walking. The dog finally ate something last night. I think she was tempted by the smell of Mr SA’s beef stew and she emptied her dish. I just put her some chicken and a few bits of kibble in there. I despair at what to give her, she’s so fussy.
Today will be NSD 15 😁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
Had an altercation with a bloke on the park earlier. His enormous Rottweiler took my dog’s ball - this is the second time his dog has done this and he can never get the ball off his dog. The first time I let the dog keep the ball as it was an old one but this time I insisted it was returned and followed him until it was. Yet again he said the same thing his dog is ball crazy. Yet again I suggested he buy his dog it’s own ball and bring it on the park. My dog was getting distressed, she doesn’t like big dogs. The bloke said what’s wrong with your dog, why does she keep barking at my dog. I said (a) she’s frightened of big dogs, (b) she doesn’t like other dogs taking her ball and (c) she’s a dog they do tend to bark!! His response was his dog was only a puppy. Pointed out that my dog doesn’t care whether or not his dog is a puppy all she can see is a huge dog trying to steal her ball. If his dog is ball crazy why does he take it on the park without one 🤬I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8
