That isn't a sleight on my nearest and dearest, but they aren't the ones feeding me (though they do encourage me to exercise).
You sound to have had an ultra-busy life! How are you finding furlough?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Good luck to all of you getting back on the scales tomorrow! I have to confess to falling off the wagon the last few days so tomorrow's weigh-in may bring me up sharp. There may not be any exercise either as the pavements are a sheet of ice tonight and I'm a bit self conscious about exercise videos when DH is at home.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. My wife is 5’3”, I’m 5’10” so our son got no !!!!!! hope of being tall ha. Wife getting me back on the fitness properly tomorrow but no running - she’s at the physio tomorrow done something to the arch of her foot. I don’t have an excuse really. Need to keep on it don’t want to get fat myself tbh.6 -
@warby68 at the risk of turning into my dad I’m convinced the population is getting taller. Thought of son being taller than me in a few years is a strange one tbh mind I’m convinced the wife reckons he’s never going to grow up, anyone would think she’s got a 1 year old how she talks about him haha.7

Morning all, happy Monday 😊
Back at work today, was so glad not to be walking in that pouring rain this morning. Glad to be back in a routine I think.
I also think people are getting taller, I suppose it's the better nutrition thing over the years. Hearing of people 6ft 7 plus now doesn't seem to be that unusual.
Today is the start of my 28 day HIIT plan and today's exercise is lower body HIIT so will be doing that after work, I'll find something in my WW app. I would also like to do around 14,000 steps, we shall see as I suspect I'll be pretty much tied to my desk all day catching up. Back on the food tracking as from today too.
Cleaning is kitchen/dining room, my task list is from the Fly Lady thread, although I don't always manage everything on it and I certainly won't once I'm back in the office.
I'll need to pick up a loaf of bread today so it won't be a NSD. That's all we need though, will go through the fridge and freezer for tonight's meal inspiration.
Will need to chase up Aldi today about the airer, not heard back from them. By contrast my refund from Amazon for the faulty vacuum is already back in my account, what a difference in customer service!
