Sounds like you’ve done enough for today Izzy, time to put your feet up I think.
Took the dog for another run on the park. It was bitterly cold over there. So glad I haven’t got to walk to work tomorrow in the cold and dark. Roll on spring.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
That’s one bonus of this lockdown not having to go out in this cold weather early on a morning or late at night I’m another that’s looking forward to the better weather5

You and me both Beanie 😂😂 tomorrow is the day I’m going to take the bull by the horns and get back to SW ways 👍 enough is enough 😏 I’m 5 for nothing with a small frame and although I’m not massively over weight - just over a stone....2 stone if I ever wanted to get back to my teenage weight when I thought I was enormous 😂😳😂.....but that won’t ever happen. The extra weight causes me some agro with joints and high blood pressure so I need to do something.
You're braver than me SA I haven’t put a step out of the door for the last couple of days....it’s been very icy.Hope work goes well for your tomorrow and Mr SA doesn’t pester too much.January spends - £587.587 -
When you’ve got a dog, no choice but to go out. She’s got 4 legs so doesn’t slip, she doesn’t care if I do 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

I’ve still got a Xmas cake, mince pies, stollen, box of biscuits and two boxes of chocolates to eat before I can think of going on a diet.

Wife getting me back on the fitness properly tomorrow but no running - she’s at the physio tomorrow done something to the arch of her foot. I don’t have an excuse really. Need to keep on it don’t want to get fat myself tbh.4 -
I didn’t buy anything like that amber thankfully. Made me laugh when someone commented on my WW group they just had a box of mince pies to get through then they’d be ready 🤣
My tastes have really changed since I was younger, I could easily get through a whole packet of biscuits in one sitting, now I would struggle with the second one. I also used to be able to drink loads of lager and blackcurrant (and I mean loads, my record was 14 halves and still standing 😆). Tried it for old times sake a while ago, no longer for me 🤢

Haha know what you mean re drinking I’m a fair bit younger than you I think but can’t drink anywhere near what I used to. When lockdown 1 finished wife and I went into town both of us absolutely wasted and hadn’t even had that much to drink compared to when we were younger. The walk back home didn’t happen. 😆
Mince pies made me laugh too we’ve still got stuff from Christmas - in-laws brought enough round to feed about 6 FML.5
