Good luck with your yoga SA! And hope you don't have a massive queue at the post office like the ones I've seen on my way to work today6

I hope you enjoy your yoga SA! You put me to shame with all the exercise you manage to get through! I don't think I could ever get up to your standard!

I used to have spices on display in those little IKEA jars but I found a lot of them discoloured in the sunlight so I put them back in the cupboard. Recently we’ve been buying the bigger bags from the world food bit of the supermarket. Dh is a real sucker for them - buys them and uses them in a recipe then they sit there....coupled with the spice kits he’s had bought them it is a ridiculous amount for 2 of us....and I don’t like hot spices. I keep telling him they loose their potency after a while.
Well done on writing your Christmas cards....I watched Christmas Chronicles today which put me a bit more in the mood, but that hasn’t helped me get myself organised for the big event 🎄
I too admire your dedication to your exercise 👏👏January spends - £587.588 -
Morning all, happy Tuesday 🎄
Milann I've also got some of those bags of spices, they work out so much cheaper than jars. I've got loads of strange spices used once. I remember my WW coach talking about some of the odd spices used in WW recipes at a meeting and saying "who on earth has Zaatar in their cupboard". Put my hand up - I have 😁
I've always been obsessed with exercise/healthy eating, since I was about 10 years old. I can remember my mum sending me to the shops for a loaf (in the days when it was safe for a 10 year old to go to the shops alone) and coming back with a slimcea loaf because it had fewer calories, she was not impressed 😂
Must remember to switch my phone off at night. Was woken up by blooming Duolingo pinging, reminding me it was time to do my Spanish at 2.30am! Took ages to get back to sleep after that.
Mr M order coming shortly, only two subs this week and both acceptable. Never heard back from customer services about the week when it arrived at 11pm, shows they don't read/react to those feedback forms.
Mr SA has got his emergency dental appointment today although his gums are no longer sore. He might as well get them checked out. Won't be a cheap appointment I imagine.
Must nip to the post box with my cards later today.
Exercise will be a HIIT workout this morning, walking the dog at lunchtime and day 1 of the yoga challenge after work. Cleaning is the bathroom today. Tonight's dinner will be veg chilli from the freezer with rice. Making a roast root veg soup for the rest of the week's lunches as roasted a huge tin of root veg last night to use it up.
I've got my work team's virtual Christmas do this afternoon which will hopefully be fun (maybe not, we'll see). We should've been going for our annual Christmas lunch next week but thanks to Covid that's not happening.
Have a good one x

I too confess to having Zaatar in my cupboard as well as Ras en Hanout. I actually use them a lot😏
I have banned phones from my bedroom because of random updates and pings in the middle of the night. If dh switches his volume down he never remembers to switch it back on and misses calls.....so it’s just easier to keep them downstairs.
I hope Mr SA trip to the dentist wasn’t too expensive and you enjoyed your virtual Christmas party 🎄🎉January spends - £587.587 -
SA hope you enjoy your virtual Christmas party , ours is next Wednesday . Hope Mr SA got on ok at the dentist .How was the yoga ?Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.5

Glad the voucher worked online for M&S, they often have some really good deals on beauty stuff if you know what you want, especially in the boxing day clearance. I totally agree with the suggestion of the Emma Hardie Moringa balm, amazing stuff if you have remotely problem skin.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Another hoping Mr SA got on ok at the dentist and you had a good time at the virtual Xmas shin dig! We've got one next week but not sure how it's going to work - I never go to the real one so I think I'll give this a miss! Shame that our team Xmas lunch has obviously been cancelled this year though - quite enjoy this one!☹️I use my phone as my get up alarm in the morning - clanging church bells!📱🔔. Wife also been into the exercise / healthy eating for as long as she can remember! Says her views have grown over the years with how the industry has evolved etc.I put my phone on night screen time or whatever it’s called or have recently - no more 2.30am stupid notifications. Had a message from a tenant moaning about his hob 3am once. Felt like throwing my phone out the window haha. No more disturbances now so worth trying.
Hope the teams party wasn’t too cringe ha. I’ve told my staff we’ll have a summer and Christmas night out next year can’t face the teams cringefest lol.10
