That’s Mr SA’s captains chair, he moved it in as soon as it was finished 🤣 Now he wants a radio, a heater and a water butt for it.I ran a bath earlier using my precious Molton Brown bubble bath and the dog tried to jump in! She’s a bit of a pampered princess but I draw the line at letting her use my best bubble bath 🤣 I did let her get in after me though and gave her a good wash with her own shampoo.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

The greenhouse is looking good SA, it looks very similar to mine (pretty sure we got ours from the same place) and sounds like the odd job man was well worth the money to put it up. 👍
I too always associate greenhouses with my grampa and the tomatoes he grew in his. 😊 The smell of the leaves just takes me back there.
Have to laugh at the dog thinking the Molton Brown bubbles were for her. 😂Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.7 -
Greenhouse People @sashybo, I think you said yours was from there. I was looking at the half wooden ones from Waltons where we got our shed from but couldn’t be bothered with the painting maintenance.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Yes SA, I'm sure that's where we got ours. We've had it for 4 years or so now and it's still good as new.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.7

milann said:I love the pond and the greenhouse. We have a pond with a waterfall flowing into it....dh had the bright idea of making a tunnel under the waterfall for the train track.....it was a trickier job than he expected and looks pretty good when it’s switched on.....but it has a slight leak but, can’t figure out where.....so if left on all the time empties the pond🙄 I’d love a greenhouse but haven’t got room.
He was an electronics engineer so loves building the engines and all sorts of electronic attractions on the layout.
I would like a greenhouse too but not sure where it could go. Our garden seems to be full of play equipment for the grandchildren for now and there is very little level ground.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Mr SA isn’t a train enthusiast. I wish he did have an interest in something other than beer and watching TV. My dad used to have a model railway though, I used to love watching the trains going round the tracks.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

My dh is a model train enthusiast ES.We have a garden railway....it’s been quite a talking point with the workmen we’ve had here recently. He belongs to a club and we travel around going to other folks gardens and shows in normal times. I like painting the models and the gardening side - dh likes the rest 👍It isn’t as sad as it sounds.....honest 😂😂January spends - £587.589
