Morning folks
A tad deflated this morning, still don't know where we are holiday wise as Jet2 have cancelled all Spanish flights until 16 August and we fly on the 20th. It's really stressing me out and I actually feel quite unwell right now. I know things could change at the drop of a hat and in the current climate it seems trivial to be worrying about a holiday.
Anyway onwards and upwards.
Mr M delivery coming this morning and no subs or missing items. However, this is probably because I removed all 'no more stocks available' items from my basket so it's a pretty basic order and I'll still have to go to Mr T after work.

It’s not trivial worrying about your holiday. The holidays give you a positive focus to get through your life which can be very busy and stressful. It’s been what has kept you going over these last few years of difficult times. You need the holiday so it’s no wonder your all over the place. 🤞🤞hopefully it’ll work out.

It's not trivial to be worrying about your holiday, you work hard and put up with a lot so deserve a holiday, I saw on the news this morning that the islands are trying to get an exemption from the quarantine rule, hopefully they will get it but the reporter did say it would be difficult to do as they can't police it very well,I don't know why 🤷♀️ Hopefully you will get an answer soon xxOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,12010

I really hope you get your holiday SA. You work so hard and cope with Mr SA so you really deserve a relaxing break. It's early days yet so there's plenty of time for them to take the islands off the no fly list. It sounds like they didn't put much thought into the decision as the islands seem much more virus free than the mainland. So hopefully common sense will prevail and you'll get your holiday

Evening all
Thank you for your kind comments, it is much appreciated xx
My head is in a whirl, been busy at work today, somehow have managed to volunteer for taking on more work 😱 Then after work went to the big Mr T for a few bits. It’s obviously the best time to go - Tuesday at 4.30 ish. I think shops need to start putting mirrors on their outdoor walls so we can see what we’re doing with the masks, have we got them on straight, are your ears sticking out, is your hair arranged properly round the mask etc. Great for pulling faces at people getting in the way in the shop though 👍
Holiday wise Jet2 have announced flights recommence 10 August to the islands. Not holding my breath. Apparently the issue is they are letting people from the mainland fly in. Everyone seems to be rebooking for Greece or Turkey and flights are jam packed. Also people are booking up in the UK so prices are rising fast and no doubt we’ll be back to the pictures of Bournemouth beach being crammed. This year is a nightmare 😱😩👎On the plus side tomorrow I finally get my hair cut 🎉💃I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9
