DS2 had to have his temperature checked on set today and he was 35 degrees too. Most of the other kids were in the 36’s. Strange how much it varies.

Morning all, happy Friday 😎

Day off work, hot sunny weather and payday.  Went for a run first thing so that's in the bag.😁

On the down side Mr SA has had an upset stomach since last night and I'm already on the third load of washing and the second disinfection of the bathroom 😒 He suffers terribly with his stomach and I'm convinced it's because he eats so much bread. He has to have bread with everything. He has 4 slices of toast for his breakfast then bread rolls or sandwiches at lunchtime and he always has 2 slices of bread with his evening meal. So on an average day he has 10 slices of bread.

The mojito making was more a rum tasting.  There were four 20ml sachets of different rums to try then a 50ml sachet of the Mojito ingredients. Mr SA also likes Mojitos so I had to share with him and we only had a very small glass each. It was lovely though and now I know how to make a proper one.

Interesting that Mr SA's diet focuses so much on beer and bread - with similar basic ingredients. Poor you having t do all that disinfection. I hope today goes better.

I hope you have a better day today and relax in the garden. It's absolutely boiling here - I can't sit in the sun like I used to so quite happy to be indoors with the fan on!

Mojitos sounds delicious- appeals to me much more than gin.

10 slices of bread a day! Wow. That and beer is a lot of yeast isn't it? and isn't that bad for digestion? Or am I making that up.....?

It is a lot, Buffy. It may very well be contributing to his "toilet" problems but he seems so stubborn I don't know how you can get him to eat less of it, SA. Would he listen if you told him it was affecting his health?

No he won’t listen, falls on deaf ears 😩 He seems to think he’s not got long left and can do as he likes - his choice I’ve washed my hands of it.

Had a lovely day in the sun 34 degrees ☀️👍 Not been cold today that’s for sure. Shame the heavens opened at 6.30 pm. I was sitting outside with a G&T and it got quite diluted 🤣
