Morning folks 😎
First day back at work halfway done. Normal role this week but waiting for training to come through for the next helpline I'll be on. This helpline will be going live mid month. I've never done so much training as I have just recently.
Trying my best to track on the WW app from today onwards. Every time you track you get wellness wins points and you can donate them to foodbanks so this will be an incentive. We collected for a local foodbank at work and obviously this has come to a standstill now we're all working from home. The local shops surprisingly don't have collection boxes so at least I can help via the app.
New budget starts today and I'm going to start tracking this again. I know it can't be helped at the moment paying over the odds for things but now I've got regular Mr M online slots if something can wait until the following week I can try and cut down this way.
Some good news is that we've just been told we can claim money back from work on expenses if we buy a desk, chair, etc so I can claim some of the money for my desk back and also buy a proper chair.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -

That’s Monday done ✅
Did day 1 week 5 of C25K after work.Mr SA had a bit of a do tonight and has been very confused. He went to put his PJs on only to discover he was trying to put my nightie on because it looked similar to him. It’s shook him up a bit and he’s not been at his best since.I haven’t seen DD for a few days even though she’s in the house. At one stage I was about to go in her room to check she was still alive but heard her talking on her phone. This isn’t unusual to be honest, every so often she retreats into herself like this. Goodness knows how she goes so long without food or drink. She’ll emerge in a bit for food usually about 9pm. I’ll be glad when she’s back at work - she’s off this week. She’s more amenable when she’s at work. No idea where I went wrong with her. Thankfully DS is completely normal.Oh to have a normal life.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -

Afternoon folks, hope everyone is safe and well.
Just having a quick lunch break before I head back into the world of meetings. Starting to get information through about the next helpline going live next week so looks like I'm being called up for a second tour of duty on the battlefield. Never a dull moment that's for sure!
Mr SA seems less confused today thank goodness although he was asking about his lunch at 10.30.
Had to go to Mr T Express early this morning as we'd run out of bread. I'm not joking we get through an unbelievable amount of bread and toilet rolls in this house. I wouldn't mind but I have a slice of toast for my breakfast maybe twice a week - I only eat the crusts 🤣 I used to drive my mum mad by digging down to the bottom of the loaf to retrieve the crust, she used to moan at me for squashing the rest of the bread.
I still might brave Aldi after work, I'm hoping it will be relatively quiet then.

SA glad you are surviving and still have your sense of humour! I am shopping for all our parents once a week and visit Aldi & Mr M's. I have been very impressed with my Aldi, the trolley handle is cleaned for you, it's a one way system around the store, full shelves and very tight on social distancing at the tills. Unfortunately I can't always say the same for other shoppers 😂😠. It is a much better experience than Mr J's Good luck xx10

The crusts are the best bit.
Good to hear Mr SA is having a better day.

Braved Aldi, didn’t have to queue but not everyone was social distancing inside, people just brushing straight past. But finally I have butternut squash, red pesto and pitted green olives - happy days 💃🎉🥂 I can’t tell you how excited I was when I saw the squash- bought 2 fresh and 2 bags of frozen should keep me going for a bit. It’s the little things 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9
