I’m back home now. Had a lovely Indian meal. Didn’t go for drinks afterwards though, I was too stuffed with food. Mr SA managed the air fryer in the end but burned his hand!! Got my feet up now with a G&T.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)10

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy9 -
Glad you had a nice evening xx9

Evening all 😎
Went to WW this morning put another 1.5lb on so now 2.5lb over goal 😩 not sure why 🤔 but need to be more focused this coming week.GD had her hair cut for the charity, she looks so grown up and she was super pleased with her new hair bless her 😍
A charity bag has come through the door so my mission tomorrow is to fill it 👍I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
Glad you had a good night, you could now make Friday night your night off from cooking if Mr SA managed to use the air fryer, he should learn to do small things like this, how would he cope if you weren't there for any reason
Well done to your DGD for having her hair cut for charity, what a lovely thing to do
Boo to the gain but it won't take you long to get it off again I'm sure 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8949
