Thanks to the rain today has been confirmed as NSD6. Mr SA won't go out in rain so the sweatshirt has been put on hold. Fortunately I took the dog out for a good run on the park earlier. Was pleased with myself as I didn't need the crutch at all. It was the dog running not me by the way

You’re doing well with your leg SA working alternative days seems to be working well. I’m pleased Mr SA made it a NSD for you and didn’t venture out in the wind and rain. We’ve had the most horrendous hail storms today - oh to see some blue sky.
Are your gks off this week for half term - I feel for parents as it’s been horrendous weather every day of this half term holiday.January spends - £587.588 -
Morning all, happy Friday
Working from home again today, got caught in a hail storm on my way home from work yesterday and forecast for today doesn't look great so hoping to stay warm and dry.
Not a lot to report really, all ticking over. Mr M part 2 shop delivered yesterday and I managed to get to Lidl in my work lunch break.
Looking forward to meeting my work friends later on today for a meal and drinks. Not sure if Mr SA has remembered as he hasn't mentioned it. I won't be late back but I won't be there to make his dinner so it will be a major disaster for him. Thought if I chuck some chips and scampi in the air fryer and show him how to switch it on he can fend for himself for once.

Make sure you write the instructions as well as showing him, then hopefully he has no excuse not to do it7

Well as suspected, Mr SA had forgotten about me going out tonight. I said I'd show him how to use the air fryer, literally all he would have to do is press one button, he said he can't be bothered and will have a sandwich. I'm not faffing about after him, it's not as if I go out very often and I will not be made to feel guilty about leaving him for a couple of hours when he's fine with me going out to work all day. It's not even a night out I'll probably be back around 8pm. What he doesn't know is that I've got the day off next Friday and I'll be meeting friends for lunch. I'll just make out I'm going to work a bit later than normal, then go for a coffee in town and a potter round the shops before I meet my friends. There's no need for him to know, I'll be back home at the usual time. It shouldn't have to be like this though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9
