Just catching up, echo what everyone else says. You’re a marvel, but keep an eye out for yourself too and definitely ask DS to step in and take him out or do something with him so you have time to yourself too. And yes get that study sorted!!
Have a good Sunday x0 -
Morning
Been up since 6am raring to go, probably because I'd been asleep since about 8pm last night, I missed everything on TV I wanted to watch. Mr SA snoring his head off upstairs at the moment.
We had our flu jabs yesterday and Mr SA has been eventually been persuaded to have the NHS health check I had in the summer. He's convinced he's going to end up back in hospital!!!
DS and the GKs came yesterday, DD entertained the GKs most of the time and I sneaked out to go to a Christmas fair at the local charity shop, left Mr SA with DS.
Put 1lb on at WWI'm at goal now rather than under it. Need to rein it in a bit now and be more mindful. Having said that I've got a tough week coming up with London Tuesday, Birmingham Wednesday, retirement do Thursday and lunch with friends on Friday. If I can stay on track most of the time I should be ok.
Off to Insanity in an hour, hopefully I won't be the only one there again.
Have a great day folksI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Evening all
There were 5 of us for Insanity thank goodness. Was tough but good, always glad I've done it.
After a recovery coffee at home went to Aldi, managed to spend a whopping £48  but then I did pick up 2 of the New Year beauty calendars, one for DS's OH and one for meThey were the last 2 in the shop. Thought they would be popular as they were all over FB.
Also ordered some toys from Smyths for the GKs. Then that's their Xmas presents done. Just got to get Mr SA's, DD's and DS's and I'm finished
I've been on a clumsy mission with the Hoover this afternoon and have managed to knock over and sadly break my lovely starlight bottle only purchased last week followed by the timer I use for Mr SA's slow cookerI'm ever so cross with myself
Fortunately I've got another timer and a local shop sells the starlight bottles - but still
Working from home tomorrow thankfully before the busy week starts.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Morning
Been AWOL for a while - caught up and wanted to echo what others have said, that I am full of admiration, to work and put everybody first when you could make some very different choices.
Take Care
Hope you have a good week

That's Monday done
Had quite a productive day, got what I wanted to get done work wise and managed to give the kitchen a really good clean in the time I saved not walking home from work
Finances wise I've transferred £50 into the emergency fund, now stands at £3350, a long way to go yet but small steps and all that. I've finally caught up with the CC so I should be able to save more going forward.
Determined to stay on WW plan as much as I can this week despite challenges so have made a packed lunch for London tomorrow rather than eat out. Tonight I've made a quorn cottage pie with butternut squash, carrot and parsnip mash, will eat with extra veg to keep the points low.
Roll on Friday!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
That’s London done
Absolutely shattered tonight and I’ve still got Birmingham tomorrow. Meeting is in the morning and I’ll be done by 12 so will have some time for a wander before I catch the train back
3 years ago today was the day Mr SA ran me over and trashed my ankle :eek:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
