Your airport story is funny but I'm sure it was very frustating at the time!
You've been very busy and productive since you got back. I hope the post holiday blues don't come on.

The holiday blues will kick once I'm back at work HH. Although I have the theatre night and meal with my work friends to look forward to (still not told Mr SA) and it's 2 weeks today.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Hi SA, rave fit sounds like good fun.
Sorry to hear about the cat, hope the stinky stuff helps. We had a cat who would pluck hair out of her leg obsessively until she had a bald patch. Sometimes we had to cover it with a stretchy bandage to stop her, the vet said it was a stress thing.
My friend's cat had a similar issue but on his back/tummy and he was advised to put a baby t-shirt on the cat to stop him licking! The cat (surprisingly) tolerated it but wasn't particularly happy about it. :eek:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Happy belated return from holiday wishes SA. Glad you enjoyed it despite the Mr SA mishaps!
You've done loads since you got back. You've reminded me that I should get out the suitcase under the bed where my winter shoe/boots are currently residing and swap them over with my summer footwear. Will make this a job for Sunday. Ta!:DFinally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I can imagine some of your expressions at the airport
it must be quite living with somebody when they have no expression for you to read though.
Pleased the animals are happy to have you home.
You’ve reminded me I need to sort my wardrobe out :eek:just don’t know where to begin- I’ve thrown all sorts into the bottom as I couldn’t use my arm properly to put things into their rightful homes......that’ll have to be a great big frog for me to do before I go back to work :eek:January spends - £587.580 -
Happy Saturday
Weather been quite mild here today, dull though. Got 2 more loads of washing dry. It's never ending and not helped by Mr SA and the amount of clothes he gets through.
Only put 1lb on at WW, being wary though as last time this happened even though I was good all week I gained the following week.
Have booked the April holiday to Lanzarote. I'd been recommended a hotel suitable for disabled right on the front. We've seen it and Mr SA commented it looked nice. Priced it up a couple of days ago and it was quite cheap. Had another look today and the price had gone down so decided to book. Can't moan at £390 each, then got £60 off with the Jet2 rain cheque. Paid £120 deposit, rest due in February.
Took 2 books to the CS today, came out with 3 :rotfl:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

The books are 30p each or 3 for 75p, so I always feel I have to buy 3, if I can't find 3 I like the sound of I don't buy any
They have some really good books in this CS, most of them are quite recent and look brand new.

Your ds books are cheap - everything in the CS is quite expensive here - I haven’t bought anything from a CS for ages as I can get better bargains in the shops new. That sounds really bad and snobby - it’s not. I used to buy loads but the prices have really gone expensive:eek:January spends - £587.580
