Happy Wednesday
I posted yesterday but obviously it disappeared
Worked from home yesterday then tried the spin class. OMG I've never sweated so much in my life, my hair was so wet it was like I'd been swimming! It was good though.
Did Pilates at work today, brilliant as always.
Tonight Mr SA declared he had lost weight and only 12st 2. Bearing in mind he was 18st not that long ago and it's obvious he hasn't lost 6st, I looked at the scales to find someone had changed the settings to kilos. Anyway he actually weighs 19st 2  Of course this has nothing to do with the beer, bread or chips he insists on over indulging in.
Hard to believe this time next week we'll be in Lanzarote, suddenly it's here :j I'm so looking forward to not having to cook, clean, food shop or get up at 5am for work.
Tomorrow I'm doing lunch with my work friend then Friday I'm finishing early to pick up the euros and have my nails done. Exchange rate not great at the moment thanks to Brexit but got a fairly decent deal via M&S €1.11 to the pound if you click and collect. Luckily it's super cheap where we're going €1.50 for a pint and €4 for a very large G&T. Food is cheap too plus we're all inclusive so will eat/drink at the hotel breakfast and lunch. Too many nice places to go at night though but will still get our money's worth.
Bring it on :jI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Oh Mr SA... I feel for you. It must be so disappointing to have such good news denied. Meanwhile Mrs SA, you are going to be a bundle of muscle after all this exercise.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Finished work for holiday :j
Picked up the euros then had my nails done. The salon took a photo for their FB page - bright pink with glitter, love them. Just colour not false nails.
Afterwards met Mr SA for a drink at the nearby Spoons.
Mr SA has FOROOB (fear of running out of beer). He’s down to his last 2 crates shock horror and is concerned he won’t have any on his return from holiday. Reassured him an order is in for the evening we return :rotfl:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Happy Sunday folks
Weather dire here today after being like summer yesterday.
Went to Insanity this morning, got soaked on the way there, luckily dry on the way back, Mr SA met me and we took the dog on the park.
Suitcase is packed :j. Helped Mr SA pack his which was very stressful. He's taking more clothes than me!! He won't wear most of them. Had to persuade him not to travel in a pair of very short shorts with a hole in. Reminded him it will be 1 October when we return and may be colder than he thinks.
Had a nice afternoon at a local park festival with DS and the GKs. Bought a lovely pot of winter pansies for just £3.99 and a metal suitcase planter on legs for £12.99. Been looking for a planter on legs for ages to plant herbs in and keep by the patio doors.
NSD today finally. All the monies start coming in from tomorrow thank goodness. Bank account looking very empty. Really need to get on plan after holiday.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Have a lovely holiday SA , the weather was indeed horrible this morning .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.0
