That's Tuesday done
Feel much better today, just a bit sniffly so hopefully that's it. Managed a run at lunchtime
Working from home tomorrow as got nurse appointments for blood test results from 3 weeks ago. Then BG coming to do boiler service.
Mr SA has found a really boring programme for us to watch called Fast n Loud about an American garage, yawn. Looks like another early night for me then.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Hope the blood results are ok.

Happy Wednesday
Blood tests came back perfect across the board :j I only have a 3.84% chance of developing cardiovascular disease in the next 10 years. Blood sugar is 5% and cholesterol is 3.9 total. Liver and kidney function fine. The nurse said my results are what she'd expect to see for someone 20 years younger. So relieved and proof that I'm not wasting my time with all the exercise and healthy eating
Then had boiler serviced by BG and it was given an A star efficiency ratingAlthough it's only 2 years old so it should be efficient.
Anyway working from home so must get some more work done.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Wow - that's fantastic news all round! And 'nothing succeeds like success' so I expect it will be the start of many excellent test results.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)
