    Morning :)

Just packing up to go home now :( Another beautiful day. Not leaving until 12 so no rush. Should be back home about 9pm.

Have had a lovely holiday but I won't miss pushing Mr SA in a wheelchair in the heat. Next time I'll make sure we stay somewhere suitable for a scooter, we've been limited to where we can go. We've not scrimped on spending and eaten out both lunch and evening meal and still got money left, we could have done it a lot cheaper to be honest.

Don't laugh but Mr SA bought a wallet and a necklace yesterday, had me wheeling him all round the shops.

    Anyway back to reality .....

Just wondering, but how many wallets does Mr SA have now?
I hope you and Mr SA have a safe, comfortable trip home. The dog is obviously missing you badly and will be in seventh heaven when you arrive!:)

    Morning all. Happy May :)

Had to leap out of bed early as forgot to put the bin out last night.

Another lovely smooth flight home' we had a tail wind so we landed earlier than planned. The dog went crazy when she saw us.

There was a full skip in our drive when we got back  Apparently DD has had a clear out, of what I don't know as it's less than 2 years since we did her bedroom up. There's still a bit of room in it so we going to find some things to put in it before it goes, Mr SA's shed is full of junk.

Just had a Mr M delivery of the basics but will need to top this up as I hadn't ordered much fresh stuff.

Came back to a letter from GP asking me to book in for a health check, not had one of these before. Better give myself time to detox first after all those gins of the day :rotfl:

Need to check finances, it was payday yesterday and I need to clear my cc. Not sure if I'll be able to save much this month with the holiday extras but at least there's no debt to pay off now.

Also need to give the dog a good run on the park and give the house a good clean.

Plus need to get back on the WW wagon NOW as I'm braving the post holiday weigh in on Saturday  Have had far too much to eat and drink on holiday I'd better brace myself.

Here's to a fabulous May for us all

Mr SA will have a wallet for each of his man bags now :rotfl:.

How did DD have enough in her room to fill a skip?

I hope you enjoy being home and don't suffer too much from the post holiday blues.

Have had a very productive day making use of the skip, have cleared Mr SA's shed. OMG the carp in there  He and DD are a pair of hoarders, birds of a feather really. They could fill skips on a regular basis. There was so much of his old roofing days stuff in the shed he was clinging on to, no longer any use to him. He kept saying he's going back to it soon when he feels better, quite sad really.

Still not done finances although have checked the bank and cc all ok.

Didn't get all the cleaning done, will do upstairs tomorrow.

It was a lovely day here today and have even been sitting in the garden, gone dull now though.

Just about cleared the suitcases, Mr SA took way too much stuff, he didn't wear half of it, will be stricter next time.

Absolutely shattered right now, have been on my feet most of the day.

Have had a lovely long soak in the bath just earlier. I miss my baths on holiday.

Feel a bit flat but looking forward to a relaxing evening with my feet up on the sofa. Will probably be asleep in minutes though :)

Sounds like you’ve had a lovely holiday.
You might as well fill the skip whilst it’s there. Probably not what you planned for yourself but it’s a shame to pass
