    Hola :)

Landed about 2pm yesterday after a lovely smooth flight. Got disabled assistance for Mr SA so I didn't struggle with suitcases and wheelchair.

The bungalow we're staying in is lovely, got everything you need even an iron, ironing board and washing machine. Mr SA is happy as the TV gets ITV and he can still watch Tipping Point! We've got a pool view with partial sea view but we are literally right on the beach front. A few too many steps for Mr SA though and it's a pain getting the wheelchair up and down. However we are across the road or next to a lot of bars and restaurants so he can walk with his stick if he takes his time.

It looks lovely out there right now so looking forward to relaxing in the sun today.

Sounds almost perfect apart from the steps! Enjoy the peace whilst Tipping Point is on:rotfl:

    Xx
  • It sounds ideal apart from the steps. Have a lovely relaxing break SA :). You've timed it well because it's raining here today!

Sounds wonderful! Not so good about the steps, and it doesn't sound as though a ramp would help. Nice to have bars and restaurants in reach though, and it will motivate him to keep up with the walking!
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Oh dear it looks very cloudy out there this morning, hopefully the sun will burn them off. Usually we go for a look round the shops when the weather's like this but I can't push the wheelchair too far. Unbelievably Mr SA hasn't pestered for anything - yet.

We've now been in the bar/restaurant across the road 4 times! They do lovely food though at reasonable prices and gin of the day is just €4 :)

Managed to change Mr SA's hospital appointment to the following week so I'll work at home that day.

Off to catch up with diaries now and wait for the sun to come out.
