Thank you everyone xx
He's had his blood test and the GP has settled his mind a bit saying they just want to rule the Lymphoma out. He was told to enjoy his holiday and not drink too much alcohol.
So we're going to enjoy this holiday and try not to worry, easier said than done, but we don't know anything for sure yet so it's business as usual until otherwise informed.
Anyway that's me finished work until 7th May

Crossed posts Buffy - sunglasses are top of the list. He's discovered a pair of sandals in his suitcase which he didn't know he had.
Tomorrow I've got hairdressers, Saturday is nails, Sunday we'll pack the cases and Monday is town for aforementioned sunglasses and coffee/lunch.
Sometimes you have to find humour in the darkest situations and Mr SA said just as he's finally got a lawnmower he likes this happens
Have reminded him nothing has been diagnosed yet.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

I'm pleased to hear that the doctor cheered up Mr SA a bit. Had to laugh too about the lawnmower comment - so typical of Mr SA - odd, I feel I know him so well like in RL!:)

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy0 -
Lovely comments from you all thank you so much xx
How fab is this hot sunshine, just the thing to get me into holiday mode
Mr SA is fine and he hasn't had a sore throat today which is good.
Hair is done, just a trim, I colour it myself to save money. Had a potter around the local shops afterwards, bought some building blocks for the GKs and a book from the charity shop.
Spent the afternoon pottering around the garden and reading my book in the sun.
A smile for you all - I was telling someone at work about Mr SA and they said at least you're not going somewhere foreign and he'll be ok if he ends up in hospital :rotfl:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
While I remember - DS and his OH have become obsessed with this Mrs Hinch cleaning malarkey, DS even went out and bought the book :rotfl: Anyway they recommended Wood Silk which is a spray for pine furniture and wow it's fab and has made my waxed pine stuff look like new

Just makes me smile because DS has always been obsessed with cleaning, caught him polishing his curtain pole when he was 15
