Sun_Addict said:Thank you @ladyholly, no I didn’t know. She’s usually really good at night it’s just that she’s not getting out as much as she’s used to because of the scooter. Mr SA takes her out several times a day even if it’s only for a ride on his knee to look at the local shops.
We had hoped he might have calmed down with that by now. But nope. Still a nutter3 -

The kitchen island is being delivered tomorrow 😁 I'll have to move the tub chair and side table I've currently got in there. I'm thinking about buying a fabric cover from eBay for the chair as it's faux leather and the younger cat has clawed it to bits, then it can be given a new lease of life and relocated to elsewhere in the house. The side table matches the bedroom furniture so might see if there's room for it in there. One good thing about all my furniture being ivory and light oak is that it can be moved to any room and it still matches.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Finally a Covid vaccination centre is open close to home! A clinic only a 20 minutes or so walk away is available to book. We can't get an appointment until 3 December but that will do. There's a pub nearby so we can stop off for one on the way home to recover 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Good news about the covid centre being closer to home….especially since there’s a place to recover nearby 😉
Enjoy your kitchen island 👍January spends - £587.583 -
The island arrived at 7am! I wanted them to bring it through the back gate so it could go straight into the kitchen but could I find the key to the gate anywhere! Mr SA squirrels away the shed and gate keys and they just disappear. I kept shouting him to get up, the delivery men were waiting in the drive patiently. Finally I found the keys in his coat pocket.
I've almost finished unpacking it, there is so much packaging! I can't see a mark on it despite it being advertised as imperfect. I'm really pleased with it - or to quote the company - "proper chuffed" 🤣 It matches the kitchen units perfectly.
WFH again today. I will be popping up to Aldi shortly so that will test out my foot. It was fine doing Zumba last night. I have a lunchtime live session toning with weights. I will also have to take the dog out.
I managed to lock myself out of my Principality account yesterday trying to activate it so I now have to phone them when they open at 9am. I have an activation code to use within the next 30 days or they'll close the account and send my money back.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of butternut squash, chickpea and spinach curry from the freezer with the last portion of cauliflower rice. Mr SA has requested spaghetti bolognese - he never eats pasta but saw it on a Jamie Oliver programme last week, liked the look of it and has decided to risk trying it 🙄I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Mr SA branching out on his meals!!3
