Ooh a halloween dance class - will have to Google it 🤣🤣Sealed pot challenge 822
Jan - £176.66 :j3 -
The Halloween decorations look great. We did a Victorian halloween story session at our local NT place yesterday which was nice. We also watched Hocus Pocus 2 on Disney plus so might watch original tonight. Bette Midler was great. I don't like the clocks going back as the evenings are so dark now it curtails my walks.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Happy Halloween and happy payday for me.
I've been in the office this morning but finishing off my day from home. Walking through the city centre on my way in this morning, a woman slipped and fell in some sick - ugh. She was ok thankfully apart from the obvious 🤢
Finances have been sorted, they don't take me long as my spreadsheet is regularly updated so it only takes a few minutes. The cc balance has been cleared as usual every Monday. An oddment of £5.07 has gone to the Christmas pot, now £543.31. Another windows/door payment has gone out so that balance is now £2,321.18. Tomorrow the direct debits start going out in earnest.
Today is NSD 10 for the final day of October, pleased with that.
Halloween treats are ready by the door for tonight's trick or treaters.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work and a Pilates session later. Should hit 20,000 steps.
Tonight's dinner is a new recipe - chickpea, potato and spinach stew from my WW app.
Hopefully the washing should be dry enough to iron later as it's been a lovely sunny day.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
Oh that poor lady. Yuck!!
Tomorrow most of our direct debits go out as well so the account balance will go from looking healthy to not in the space of 24 hours
Your dinner sounds lovely.2 -

Morning all, happy November. Just waiting for the Mr M shop to be delivered. No missing items or subs. This week’s delivery pass offer was £3 off frozen.WFH today thank goodness as the weather doesn’t look great at the moment, although it’s still dark so hard to tell.
I don’t like the dark months and saw this online earlier. I think it’s brilliant.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)11 -
My current account has been decimated! All the big DDs have gone out. Another £100 overpayment has gone to the additional borrowing part of the mortgage, I've estimated that this will be paid off completely in 10 months' time if I can keep up the overpayments.
An oddment of £4.96 has gone to the Christmas pot, now £548.27.
Today's exercise is taking the dog for a run on the park later this morning, live bums & tums at lunchtime and live resistance bands tonight. Step goal for today is 15,000.
Making a big batch of veg chilli for tonight's dinner and will freeze the rest. Leftover chickpea, potato and spinach stew from yesterday for lunch.
Cleaning task for today is the kitchen and pack away the Halloween decorations. We have plenty of sweets left over from last night but these will come in handy for when the GKs visit, if they last that long, as Mr SA and DD have both expressed interest.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
