Alas so true... my work is having an outbreak this week. I'm still testing negative but not sure how long this will last. Hope you feel better soon.

Not done a test yet. I actually feel a lot better but Mr SA feels rough and has gone back to bed. There's a bug going round work at the moment (not Covid). I've just been on a Teams call and a few didn't attend because of being off sick with it.

Nespresso isn't bad for the pod type machines, Tassimo is !!!!!! awful get it swapped. If you really like your coffee get one of these - https://www.sageappliances.com/uk/en/products/espresso/bes500.html?clickid=zCw0R:1lCxyNRvbznKy3QRqXUkDV-XTc11wOz40&irgwc=1&mpname=Skimbit Ltd.&cid=8631 have one in my office and it's brilliant. So many good independent coffee roasters right here in Nottingham rather than giving Nescafe your money.

Think you've worn that ankle out with all the walking lol.
I'd love to get a proper coffee machine but I need one that's easy for Mr SA to use. He struggles to understand how to use things and he's lost a lot of use in his hands so the pod machines are ideal for him.
I never thought, sorry. Nespresso a better option by the sounds of it then so you can both enjoy it. Might be worth seeing if some of the local roasters can do Nespresso pods though.

    Get well soon.

Happy Friday. That’s a full week at work done ✔️ Although I finished early today I did over my hours a couple of other days.

Went into the office today. The bug I thought I was starting with yesterday disappeared overnight thank goodness.

Went to B&M first thing and was pleased to find they had the tiny tins of coconut milk back in stock, 3 tins for £1. Ideal for me as it’s only for my curries. Bought 6 tins. Then nipped in Mr S on the way back to work and found packets of powdered coconut milk for 70p a pack, bought 2. It’s fair to say I won’t run out for a while 😆

What with the walking to/from work and the trip out this morning, I’ve clocked up almost 24,000 steps so will finish the day well over 25,000. I think that’ll do me for exercise today.

It’s been another lovely warm sunny day so glad I hung the washing out before I went to work.

  • Not been to B&M for a long while, might have to have a nosey next week as they often have some good bargains.
Well done on all the steps, that's definitely enough for one day.  I've got a salsa online session factored in later, so that should give me a bit of energy...lol
