Nespresso isn't bad for the pod type machines, Tassimo is !!!!!! awful get it swapped. If you really like your coffee get one of these - https://www.sageappliances.com/uk/en/products/espresso/bes500.html?clickid=zCw0R:1lCxyNRvbznKy3QRqXUkDV-XTc11wOz40&irgwc=1&mpname=Skimbit Ltd.&cid=8631 have one in my office and it's brilliant. So many good independent coffee roasters right here in Nottingham rather than giving Nescafe your money.

Think you've worn that ankle out with all the walking lol.

I will also say take care of that ankle.  But I will also say something doesn't sound right with it, so get it looked at..  We all know that if you are not well then basically the proverbial hits the fan.

WFH today. I don't feel too well today, I'm rarely ill so this is pretty unusual for me. I feel hot, achy, have a bit of a headache and a bit of a cough. Hopefully it won't develop into anything. My ankle is ok this morning thankfully. They did say I could have the screws removed if they caused problems although that will be a last resort as I don't fancy another op.

If I feel better later I want to go to Aldi for a few bits, although looking at the weather forecast maybe not - I don't want to get soaked like last week!

I have a live Pilates session at lunchtime but should be fine for that as it's not exactly leaping about. I'm not going to do the live FitSteps tonight as I don't fancy going on camera today but will buy an on demand session to do another day.

Today's cleaning task is giving the kitchen a good clean.

Tonight's dinner is veggie sausage cassoulet using up some vegan cocktail sausages that have been in the freezer forever.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Get well soon @Sun_Addict you're quite right to work from home today.  Is there anything you could do to help your ankle short of another op? Love Humdinger xx
  • Feel better soon. There is certainly a lot of viruses going around at the moment. I'm just getting over mine. ITs not a nice one though.
