Ceiling painted and looked pretty damn good if I do say so myself
Finances done and just £7.73 over budget for this 4 week period, which is so much better than usual.
Today has been another NSD. Only left the house twice to take the dog on the park across the road. So thankful for having this half decent park just a stone's throw away.
This coming week all the monies come in - Mr SA's PIP and ESA, my wages and DD gets paid and pays her board
Only 5 more work get ups and Friday doesn't count as I'm doing a Macmillan coffee morning followed by meeting my old school friends for lunch
8 get ups to Lanzarote - temperature good at the moment 30 plus degrees
Here's to a good week folks.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Annoyed me when he said I could get a lot more done if I wasn't always out. I reminded him I work full time plus have all the cooking and housework to do. He inferred I only did 4 days last week as the Birmingham trip was a jolly !
How you ever keep your calm with him at times SA I really don't know! As you have said, he's never been sociable and his illness has made him worse. He's suspicious of what you are doing if he isn't directly involved as at the back of his mind he worries about you leaving him. Just make sure you have your private trips and days out and don't tell him anything about them! I'd keep any monetary windfalls to yourself as well.

That's Monday done
Thanks for your comments SSG, I agree with everything you say.
Two boxes ticked today - gym at lunchtime and AFD
I'm on a mission to use up perishable food in the fridge this week so tonight's dinner for me has been a red pepper stuffed with rice and a side salad. Very nice it was too.
Mr SA has painted a wall in the living room. His plan is to do one wall a day. The paint isn't covering that well so it'll need another coat when it's all dry. It'll look good when it's done though, nice and bright. I'm going to buy a new TV when we get back from holiday and a few bits and bobs to finish the room off. Then it just leaves the spare room to decorate, but that can wait!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Your red pepper dish from the perishables sounded delish!
Mr SA's one wall a day plan is a good one - it won't overtire him too much. The room will look great once it's finished and you get the new bits in place. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

What colour are you painting your room SA. I love a newly painted room and enjoy the painting but find it hard work these days. One time I used to whizz through the house in the school holidays - takes me forever now.
Enjoy the sunshine...not log nowJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Wednesday already and only two more work get ups
Milann we've painted it in Wilko's Lime Sorbet.
Mr SA has finished the walls and taking his time has paid off because it looks greatJust the woodwork to do now, so the decorating should be done before we go away but the finishing touches will have to wait until we get back.
Yesterday I did yoga again and today was Pilates.
Tonight's use it up dinner was a vegi burger in a sandwich thin with swede chips and salad. I love swede chips, I spray them with Frylight, shake paprika over them then cook in the oven.
Summer is back, very warm and sunny here today, predicted the same for tomorrow then cold again Friday.
Last proper day at work tomorrow, Friday I'm doing a Macmillan Coffee Morning then finishing at 12 to meet some friends for lunchI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
