I'm glad you got the egg chair - you need somewhere to sit while your living room is being done. :)

The egg chair will be a lovely place to read SA , hopefully in peace. Good luck with the furniture moving today and I hope you get help with the heavy stuff .

Another one here, hoping with fingers crossed, that Mr SA doesn’t break the egg chair….

The chair sounds lovely, I do hope you get to keep it just for you and MrSA doesn’t try and sit in it!

Having a right ordeal trying to get the sofa out. It’s too big and heavy. DS can’t get so waiting to see if DD can shift it when she gets back from work. We can’t get the TV off the wall either 😩 If DD can’t do it then we’ll have to ask the builder tomorrow. Mr SA has got no strength whatsoever so isn’t helping.

Don't take any risks moving the sofa - a friend did something similar and is in her third month of injury time. :( If necessary could it go in the middle of the room with a dust sheet over?

I second the no risks, my back still is not right after the fish tank debacle!

Does the sofa come apart at all?

Ours definitely went together when they delivered it.
    Nevertheless she persisted.
