The gardens desperately need it, that's for sure.
We are not great gardeners either. It is definitely more luck than judgement if something lives in our garden 🤣🤣🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Forgot to say litter picked a full sack of plastic bottles, cans and crisp bags from the park this morning. Blooming kids, put your litter in the bins provided 🤬 The dog managed to get in the natural stream that runs through the park and she was filthy as it’s very muddy 😩

Zante will definitely be a totally different holiday, fly and flop, far too hot in August to traipse about. We will probably go to the beach in the morning, back to the hotel for lunch, afternoon around the pool, then in the evening a meal out. Thankfully very few shops so no pester from Mr SA, absolute bliss, can’t wait 😎I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

That's Monday done. Worked in the office today. Got lost a few times on my way back from the loo, I'll get used to where everything is eventually. Counted the steps up to my floor - 156!
Mr SA rang me this morning to say he felt very poorly. He's still not well, sore throat and aching. Fingers crossed it's not Covid, although he was complaining that his head hurts where he had the biopsy so hopefully not an infection - I don't know which is worse!
NSD 3/10 today.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work and the stairs plus live strength training later. Veg lasagne and salad for dinner tonight, using up freezer and fridge things.

Oh dear, I hope it's nothing too serious, @Sun_Addict. My nephew's just gone down with Covid. He's avoided it completely up until now, even though most of the rest of his family got it & he's been in school. Just shows the damn thing is still around.

Morning, blue skies and sunshine here to start the day.
Working from home today.
Mr M delivery slot is between 6 and 7 but they're going to be 10 minutes late. No missing items or subs, also had a £2 off coupon.
Really must order DGS's birthday present today as it's only a few days away.
No idea how Mr SA is today, he's not up yet.
Ugh have a dental check up later this morning.
Today's exercise is dog walking, live bums & tums and live resistance band training.
