It turned out to be another beautiful day here, got quite hot at times in the sun. Shame I didn’t have any washing 😆
The garden has had a good tidy and I’ve almost filled the garden waste bin. The dog enjoyed a good run on the park and I litter picked a different area of it. I can’t believe the amount of plastic water bottles, some of them more or less full 😡
I need to order a skip tomorrow ready for the refurb. This month is going to be an expensive one with the refurb and it’s also DGS’s birthday. At least I have the money, years ago it would’ve been going on the card.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Well done on saving for the refurb. It’s a good feeling 👍January spends - £587.583

Just catching up after having a few weeks off the iPad. Loved seeing your holiday photos and glad everything went well on your hols. I’m the same when I come home from hols even tho my DS is still at home I like to give it a good clean, makes everything nice and fresh. We are due to go abroad next month for our first overseas hols since lockdown began. We’re flying from the airport in the north beginning with a M that has had problems coping with security and having long long queues. It’s putting a bit of a dampener on it with the worry of how long we will have to queue and whether we will miss the flight. We’ve decided to book the fast pass queue as a precaution but even that is taking ages to get through. Will be glad and start to relax when I’m sitting on the plane. 15 weeks to your next hols will fly past, we’re thinking of going abroad again in September if all goes well next month.:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.003

Back to work with a bang today! OMG my inbox 😮 It's going to be a very busy day that's for sure.
Mr SA has his skin biopsy shortly, he's really worried about it. I'm sure it will be fine.
Still need to look at finances.
Best crack on...

Mr SA's appointment was dead on time and was over very quickly. He's got a couple of dissolving stitches, results will arrive by letter with a follow up appointment if needed. He's in bed sulking and watching TV now.
It's been raining all day so far! At least the garden will get watered.
Finances sorted. All ok. Lots of money shuffling into and out of pots. Spent £25 on taxis this morning! Have put the £150 CT rebate to one side for use against future fuel bills.
Back in the physical office tomorrow, it will be my first day in the new building, will be almost like starting a new job.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
The rain just has not stopped at all today, I agree. I watched the local weather last night, showing that heavy band of rain coming right over our region, so I was prepared for it, but I hadn't realised it would be for so much of the day. Ah well, the garden badly needs it. Glad the hospital appt was on time.

I hope all goes well with Mr SA's skin biopsy results. Oh dear - why is is sulking! Was it because he perceives the hospital didn't make as a great a fuss over him as he expected?😀Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
