That is sad, sometimes it's the little things.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Happy Friday.
I'm in the office again today. Got absolutely drenched walking to work this morning, my trainers are definitely not waterproof and my feet still feel damp. On top of that woke up this morning with really sore eyes and they are so red I look like Dracula's sister! I don't know whether it's conjunctivitis or the bright artificial office lights hurting my eyes after 2 years of working in natural daylight or a lamp at most when it's dark. I plan to leave early today, got loads to catch up on at home, I just didn't have time yesterday. At least it's not so busy in the office today, we've had another 11 Covid cases reported.
It should be NSD 1/12 for March today despite desperately needing cat litter. Am@zon failed to deliver on Wednesday and I'm still waiting for it. There's nowhere I pass on the way home to pick some up, it's too heavy anyway. I should be able to get some tomorrow morning, will have to hold out until then.

Despite me leaving Mr SA some lunch in the fridge today, he forgot to eat it and has had nothing to eat all day. Tonight he wanted said lunch (ham and cheese rolls) with a plate of chips instead of his usual fish and chips, apparently it reminds him of being on holiday 🤷♀️I’ve had a stir fry tonight and once I’ve cleared up and stacked the dishwasher I will be sitting with my feet up to watch TV with a large glass of red wine. I’ll probably fall asleep after a couple of sips though 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Forgot to say, walking through the city centre on my way home I passed a mobile Covid testing unit and they tried to entice me into having a free test. Declined their kind offer 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

She had Myeloma and recovered, then had a terrible accident on holiday while celebrating her recovery and almost lost her life, was in hospital abroad for a long time, then she miraculously recovered only to get Myeloma again, she recovered yet again then got Covid and ended up in hospital but recovered from. Apparently her health started to deteriorate and she passed away yesterday, She came to my house last year to bring me some plants and she looked so well, it’s just not fair.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
