Google "paper cut out scraps" and loads of examples should pop up. They came in sheets and you detached them and kept them in an old book or jotter. On wet playtimes you swapped them with other wee girls. Flowers, fairies and angels were popular. Most corner shops sold them. The Big River and Esty still sell them. 😊Credit card One :£926.60( Oct 21 )(Nov 21 vet bill disaster), £999(Jan 22), £974(Feb 22)

Killed three birds with one stone this morning and did my small shop at the further away big Mr T, Mr SA came with me, we took the dog so I got my shopping, the dog got a decent walk and I clocked up 9k steps on my Fitbit. It was really windy but dry and sunny so got my washing dry outside which is brilliant for January.Spent quite a while prepping 9 bulbs of garlic for the freezer. The kitchen still stinks of it. It’s fair to say I won’t need to buy any for quite a while 😆
Took the dog for a run with her ball late afternoon on the park across the road.Mr SA hasn’t mentioned the walking poles today 🤫
We’re having pizza, wedges and salad tonight so not too much cooking for me.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Bit late in the day but happy Sunday. It’s been a lovely sunny one here so managed to get another line of washing dry.
Took the dog for a long walk up to the woodland walk around the golf course. Clocked up 12k steps in one fell swoop.Spent the best part of the afternoon giving the kitchen a really good clean. Shattered now. Just about to have a long soak in the bath ready to watch another WW live cook along at 6pm. Dinner is stir fry as a nod towards Chinese New Year. Then it will be feet up with a glass of wine to watch TV for an hour before bed.The kitten tried to steal a mini cupcake from me this morning literally as I was eating it. She tried to hook it out of my hand with her claws. I ended up giving her a piece which she ate then came back for more! Not a chance it was only tiny, the rest was mine all mine 😆NSD 13/15 today.Payday tomorrow 🥳🥂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
I would also fight a kitten for a cupcake 😬

SA your kitten sounds like my Siamese cat, he will sit next to me and tap my arm if I’m eating something he likes the look of (most things). If I continue to ignore him I get batted on the hand/he tries to knock whatever it is out of my hand or hook it like your kitten. 😂 He has also managed to take a bite out of things whilst I was holding them as well, he’s very determined when it comes to food. 😱Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
