    Morning all, happy Monday.

Still foggy here. Need to take the dog for a long walk today will probably go to the park a bit further away as it has paths so can avoid mud. We get a bit stuck when the weather is like this because of Mr SA’s scooter.

Should hit my target of 10/10 NSDs today, don’t need to buy anything. Got a Mr M delivery coming tomorrow but don’t need much.

Aiming to clear out another couple of kitchen cupboards today, make sure the things I use most are easily accessible.

Tonight’s dinner is nut roast with lots of veg, for me not Mr SA. I don’t think he’d be too happy with nut roast even with chips 😆

Nothing to do with any of the above but I was shocked when I saw my eldest cousin at the funeral, she looked like a little old lady and really unhealthy. By contrast I have a retired friend the same age who goes to the gym, looks after herself and is so much livelier and healthier. Just shows the difference when you take care of yourself.

Well done on the 10/10 NSDs!

I agree that attitude of mind makes a huge difference to age, but so do various other things. Those of us who wear jeans (like me, always) need to take note that under 30s rarely wear them! Weight is aging but so is underweight. Good diet helps. I'm sure illness, disability and pain are all factors too but some people live with these and manage to have a youthful/positive/can-do attitude.

Hope Mr SA is all right, I've not heard the word 'coat' for several hours... (shh!)

I keep saying I want to wear more skirts and dresses and less jeans, think I have 2 skirts and this year wore a dress on Xmas day, now back in my joggers. Took grand pups out for a walk this afternoon, they live the other side of the village. Was so busy on the roads and lots of people out walking. Met a friend I hadn’t seen for a few years.

well done on reaching your target for no spends day, what’s the plan for next month.xx

Hope you dodge the dreaded lurgy again SA. I’ve just been catching up and totally agree a positive outlook helps with the aging process. It does help when you are in good health though. Somebody I’ve just spent a couple of days with is a few years older than me but has gone into panic mode over covid and won’t go out or mix….I swear she’s aged 10 years since I last saw her 2 Christmasses ago…..

Hope you managed to avoid catching covid from that relative, @Sun_Addict. There is so much of it about.... some areas of our county city have shockingly high rates atm. We had planned a walk today at a reasonably local park, but it is absolutely pouring with rain on our side of the county, so we've postponed it. Don't mind fog or a bit of drizzle, but no fun walking around in this.
