I had the booster in one arm and flu jab in the other and both my arms were really sore for days. I had no side affects from the first two so it took me by surprise.I hate doctors with a passion. They have forgotten that they get paid shedloads of money to actually look after us. We pay religiously every month, but I can’t get to see them once in 5 years without someone ringing to check I’m not a time waster 😡Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Our doctors used to be brilliant, husband and wife, very caring. Then they retired and it’s been a shambles ever since. Yesterday when we were there a receptionist was shouting at someone on the phone, it was so unprofessional however rude the caller was being.I’m just going to dose myself up with paracetamol and rest today. Mr SA will have to take the dog out. Yet again he feels fine no side effects whatsoever.Oh and the blind on my patio doors was on the kitchen floor this morning. Not sure if I can fix it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

It is interesting how we are all different in our reactions to jabs. I had 1,2 & 3 followed by 2, 3 & 4 day headaches. But the flu jab, I had a bright red very hot spot about 4 cm across on my arm for over a week. I'd said to myself if this is still like this on Monday I'd better see someone, but it went away on Sunday. But my friend who had no real response to the flu jab, got worse & worse with each covid jab until the third one, he had such a high temp I was on the verge of calling an ambulance. Typical man he didn't have a thermometer! My overnight bag now includes one! As an aside has anyone noticed how much the price of them has gone up since covid?

Sorry to hear that your booster has made you feel unwell SA. Hope you improve today. The whole GP debacle is so infuriating ! It was bad enough before the pandemic! I'm sure surgeries are using it as an excuse. And don't start me on blood pressure monitoring. When my annual review was due last year they refused to take my BP in surgery although I'm on BP medication. The receptionist informed me 'that you can buy a BP monitor for £25!' Well yeah I could, but I could have been someone on an extremely limited budget! I managed to get it done by them in the end and told the doctor exactly what I thought of the receptionist's bedside manner! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Also if YOU take your blood pressure they don't have a record of it, which I thought was part of the point.
