Ooh, arctic roll that many years ago I used to get from that shop near the arctic circle. That definitely wins for me. I haven't seen one for years. Thankfully my freezer is very full & I still need to make room for the turkey, so temptation may have to be suspended. Although I suppose if turkeys really are scarce this Christmas I could always have arctic roll instead.

I used to love artic roll when I was a kid. I remember super mousse very well too. One of my favourites was butterscotch angel delight, doubt I could eat it now although it’s probably banned, too many E numbers. Oh and dream topping 😋I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Morning, happy Tuesday and happy payday for me, the last one before Christmas.
Money shuffle done, doesn't take long as everything is set up on my spreadsheet ready and I know where it's all going. Before I set this up I would spend absolutely ages going over it and it never used to tally.
Another busy day at work just admin type stuff but it must be done. It feels like everyone is clearing their to do lists ready to break up for Christmas and some of those things are coming my way.
I will get further with the tree today. I'm going to go to Lidl today to get a few Christmas bits and I'm going to see if I can get some more lights for the tree as the lights on it now look lost. I think I said last year I'd get a bigger set this year.
Got a Mr M delivery coming later this afternoon.

For those interested Amazon have Jamie Oliver's Christmas book on for 99p kindle version today. I couldn't get it via my Amazon app for some reason and had to go via the link on his FB page and website.
Have been to Lidl, no tree lights unfortunately will have to source elsewhere. Bought quite a few bits for Christmas including gin, spent over £40 so was able to use the £5 off voucher in the Lidl Christmas book and also hit enough spends for November to qualify for the £10 off. I've started putting things in the new freezer today.

Thanks for the reminder about the Jamie Oliver book, I saw it then forgot (which probably means I don't really want it?) I'll download the sample and have a peruse.
