Is interest actually paid tomorrow, or will it show up on Friday? My online servicing isn't working, so I want to know the final balance in order to make a postal withdrawal.
Just looked, nothing on mine, looks like it might be Friday, but I'm going to keep checking over the rest of the day.0 -

My online servicing doesn't work. Won't let me log in and won't let me reset, so I don't have any way of checking. I might ring up about 3:30 so I can send the postal withdrawal today, if it's been added. If not then I'll just have to post the passbook to get it updated and then send it again.
Or I could just go to Stevenage Saturday, but it's about 35 minutes.0 -
I've checked the letter, it's the 1st February the money transfers into the Access Saver.0

So I guess interest will show up as paid today, tomorrow, but won't show up today.0 -

I might just go to the branch. Can withdraw the funds and deposit it to my current account at the same time.0

I still haven't had a letter but have used the form linked earlier to have the money moved to my current account, have to see whether they do this or not.
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
