Just had a time out issue with this one as well which was very confusing as I seemed to have plenty of time on the clock and it only took me around 10 mins and the maximum time allowed was 39 mins.

Messaged researcher to let them know what was going on.  All very frustrating to start the day.

Same happened to me, I have also sent a message, hoping it will get sorted easily! 🤞
Happened to me too. In absence of a response I have dropped another message to the researcher chasing a reply and advising of other participants with same issue.

I reserved a place and attempted to start.  Instead of the 'usual' Study full this notice said:

Does anyone know what it means when Participant ID is missing from the inbound URL - my Prolific User ID seems to be O.K?

I've had the same problem. I've messaged the researcher twice but he or she hasn't responded. I suspect it is a set-up error as 28 places are still shown as available and normally decent paying studies get taken quickly.

Deleted_User and Albion22, I also had that problem. I messaged the researcher but also got no response. I hung on for about 10 minutes but then I felt I had to return the study. I don't think it's anything wrong with our Participant Ids as it passed through initially OK. I think it's a study problem.
  • Thanks Value and Albion22.  I also messaged the researcher but, so far,  have received no response.
