I did the Zoonosis one and got the completion code which needed to be manually added. But when I did that it just refreshed the page without adding it. Kept on reloading the page but eventually shown as over my allocated time and screened out! Have sent both Prolific and the people doing that survey an email. Yet to hear back.0

I'm having the same problems as (I guess) everyone else; I just completed a survey (although it took a lot of clicking to manage to start it), and got an error page instead of the usual completion page. I copied the completion code from the URL, and pasted it into Prolific, but it won't let me submit, saying "Please either finish or return this submission before continuing." I can't cancel the study either, so I'm stuck with it, I guess until it times out. I messaged the researcher explaining the situation, giving the completion code and saying I hope they received my submission and will be able to pay me for it.I hope they fix it soon, as the page is currently refreshing every few seconds and cycling between the page where I can click "Complete study" and the one that says "Awaiting review", and the constant resfreshing is driving me up the wall. I hope "Awaiting review" means it's been submitted - I can't access the Submissions page to check.I can't even wait for the study to time out, as the timer is resetting every time the page refreshes.0

I have the same problem with a study that I completed showing the completion code then circling back around to say I've not completed it. I've messaged the researcher (which took several attempts as it wouldn't let me do that initially either). I've logged out and in again and it hasn't cleared the issue. Perhaps it will if I give it some more time. I'm staying logged out for now.1

Got the same thing with the language one. I've now been able to get to the submissions page which is showing it as returned, which I think I may have hit in desperation. Probably not going to get paid for that one.Aside from that, did anybody else think the language one was very odd?Make £2025 in 2025

Having left it a bit longer with being logged out I've now got back in again. The study I had completed shows now though as 'Returned' which is a bit annoying as I completed it. Anyway it wasn't one of the highest paying ones so I might just leave Prolifc to sort itself out for the rest of today. Don't want to waste time doing any more studies then finding they also show as returned.0

Mine are now showing as waiting to be reviewed, so that's something. At least they are on there under submissions. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
