How many viewers have you had? How long before you got an offer?

Very true, and the lender if they are borrowing money, they have the ultimate opinion on how much you get for your house.0 -
Can I join in please?
We are currently selling our 1 bedroom house. We have been on the market with our current agent for 5 weeks (just coming up to week 6) and reduced the price at the end of last week. We've had 7 viewings in that time. We were with a previous agent for a week and had one viewing an an offer (we accepted, but then it all went wrong because the buyer wasn't ready...long story!). We changed agents due to the way our first agents handled things.
I feel we are getting a fair amount of viewings (although would like more obviously). I'm just in a bit of a rush because there is a house currently on the market which we are in love with and we would like to move on with our lives. I know it only takes one viewing to turn into an offer, but am wondering when the day will come having spent the best part of this year going through a horrible saga!
Other than the lack of offer, we are very happy with our agents so I guess we just have to sit tight and keep everything crossed!Be Kind, Work Hard, Stay Humble, Smile Often, Keep Honest, Stay Loyal, Travel When Possible, Never Stop Learning, Be Thankful Always and Love0 -
Are you indicating that I should accept an offer of £800k???
My question is probably one of those cliche ones like "how long is a piece of string" type.
Maybe we will have to wait a few more weeks. I am worried that Xmas is approaching fast!
What is the best offer you have had so far?0
